A recent conversation has given me something quite interesting to consider:
We are assigned to the roles of certain gods. What does one do if one feels that particular god doesn't suit them?
What if the god has a particularly unsavory reputation? Or perhaps even too flawless a reputation?
Does the god someone is assigned to represent color what you think about them? Would you, for example, be less likely to trust a god of decay with taking care of your houseplants? A god of foxes for pet-sitting your chickens?
It's an interesting thing to consider.

[It sure has been a long time since that mysterious romance anon popped up, which is kind of funny considering that they tossed out two chapters immediately after one another the last time he popped up. However, today, well, there's sure an anonymous post up on the network again!]
Some people need to stop wasting my time. I haven't been able to focus on writing for a while now. I'm not sure if this is any good but it's what I got out over the past few months. It's only recently that I've been able to get a lot more time again without needing to worry. Also, thinking of using those dollmaker things to help with visuals for characters. Thoughts? - keiyuki
P.S. I guess this is dedicated to someone I know who's not around anymore.
[Are they going to explain anything about that? Absolutely not. But there are the past chapters to look over for those interested in catching up on this dumb project of theirs.]

Pets can shame their humans too

Date: 11th April
[The camera is a little shaky as it moves through corridors, twisting and turning. Whoever this mysterious poster is he is moving slowly, as if he were exploring somewhere dangerous and frightening.
There is a noise in the background and as the phone gets closer it is recognisable as singing. The phone moves around a door to a kitchen where Shen Wei can be found at a chopping board surrounded by various ingredients, meat and vegetables.
He is singing as he works. In full flow of the song. There's a soft laugh from whoever this mysterious individual with access to Shen Wei's temple might be.
The image fades and refocusing, clearly later. Or another day. It's hard to say but the camera is now at a different angle, as if the filmer might be in a tunnel, or hidey hole close to the ground.
This time Shen Wei at the oven, frying meat, boiling noodles and once again he is singing as he works.
The footage is posted with just a single line in text.]
See he is not as stuffy and strict as he makes out to be!

[Some days after the raid on the cultist compound and...]
my boyfriend is stupid
[And with that, Chikusa links a video of Ken making a very impressive leap in quick reaction to a paintball! ...which he catches with his mouth. The video stays on him for a few seconds later, with all the coughing, spitting, and rolling that goes with it.]
[One of these days a pet shaming sign is going to be put on that dog.]
[But that's not all! Because while he's pet shaming...]
my cats are also dumb
[There's another link to a different video. This one is in broad daylight, focused on one o the streets which goes through the illustrious Central District. Staying steady, the camera focuses on... a giant catfish of frankly monstrous proportions, larger than some people. Surrounding it is an absolute small army of nekomata. Those that are directly in contact with the fish are doing their very best to drag the fish along with their teeth, jaws locked into the flesh of the beast. Others around them seem to be slowly following along, concentrating intently. While it might be difficult to see on video, the cats are using a combined telekinetic effort to make the drag a little easier. Every now and then, the fish suddenly jerks and thrashes wildly, sending the cats scattering all over. They always come back, however, determined not to abandon their catch.]
[When they finally come near enough to the front of Temple Lie Tieguai, Chikusa's voice finally speaks up from behind the camera.]
I'm not preparing all of this...
[A dozen tiny cat voices rise up in protest, and the video cuts off.]

My new shinki woke up grumpy this morning. He may also be planning on sneaking in where he shouldn't be. I'm both apologizing in advance, and sharing an image of his current appearance just in case:
He likes dried fish, large pillows, and ear scratches. Be wary of touching his tail or his belly, and especially do not offend him by claiming that he is an inferior creature. I will not be held responsible for the damages he will cause.
