Hi everyone, Kairi here - I woke up with another memory yesterday and I guess it's got me thinking. For one thing, I wonder how many shinki have remembered more than one part of their life now. I knew some shinki that did, except... they aren't here anymore. Maybe I'm worrying over that part for nothing.

The real reason it got me thinking was that I promised a few people I would be available to practice shinki spells with them and so I wanted to reiterate that promise. I'm available today and tomorrow, no problem. I'm really sad that Izuku can't update the shinki information pamphlets anymore - has anyone else decided to keep up that work for him? One of his other friends, maybe? I would hate to step on toes if someone was already thinking about it.

Also, if you think you know some spells I don't... [She's looking at you, Chikusa.] ... I'd appreciate learning them since I'm still not sure how to find things in that messy library. I've mastered Bind, Silence, Truth, and Umbra.

Lastly... has anyone else noticed strange things happening around the Soulless Shinki temple? I'm trying to keep tabs on them and getting their current names with descriptions to start, in case ayakashi attack them again.

I got wrapped up in watching these kids pretend to be zombies for some sort of game and now I don't think I'm gonna be able to sleep at night.

Doesn't the whole zombie thing freak everyone else out? Doesn't it give you nightmares?

I've seen more decorations with ghosts and stuff around, too. How can people put that up?! Ghosts scare the hell out of me!!!!!!!

Are shinki ghosts? Do we count as ghosts?

We don't right?

I'm having a crisis.

There's a squinty eyed sphynx thwapping its bald tails around, a fluffy tan and gray one dragging about a napkin it almost definitely stole from the Meeting Hall, a good ol' round girl lagging at the back of the pack, and a cat making unflinching eye contact at the camera. And those are just the noticeable ones. There are at least half a dozen of them on the screen.]

[Chikusa's sleepy voice filters over the speakers.]

They.... won't stop following me.

If, in part of your job, you capture an intruder at your workplace and used them as a hostage to call out their comrades, who had previously been found intruding and trying to steal something very important that you can't allow get stolen because protecting it is part of your job, and one of the people you know want to keep that intruder as a guinea pig (though you know that they probably wouldn't treat the prisoner badly, per se), and another wants to kill the intruder and all their comrades, but you think neither is a great idea, what would you do? I did as I was told and let them handle the decision making because my job is everything I have back home and I couldn't risk getting fired, but what if you could choose? Would it make a difference if it's an adult or a kid? This isn't ethically speaking, or what one should do, but what you would do in a similar situation, without caring about that.

[ So he recently remembered this scenario happening. He knows his decision wouldn't change because, his work in the military was everything that he had when he was alive, but if he'd had options..... He doesn't know what he'd have done then. Maybe that's why he's posting this question. ]

In case you don't know me, my name is Wendy! I'm on here to let you guys know that I'm unveiling something that will be important for all of us! It's-

[And she twists around, focusing the camera now on a modest little shinto shrine. It's not supremely small, but it's not super enormous, either. Livable, which is the important thing. Striding across the stone, a chicken pauses to stare at the shinki girl and clucks.]

[Anyone paying attention might recognize this as a shrine to Amaterasu.]

-the brand new Shinki Sanctuary! [Wendy turns the camera back to herself.] People are always disappearing here, which is bad enough. However, when it's a god who vanishes, they leave behind their shinki! And what's a shinki on their own without anyone? Ayakashi bait. So I asked- [She speaks slowly, making sure to get it right.] -Amaterasu if we could have funds to make a sanctuary for godless shinki to stay at.

And that's what this is! Here on the Near Shore, we're allowed to use this shrine for shinki to stay at if they don't have anywhere else. We should be able to get clothing, if you don't have any spares, and I'll do my best to make sure we have food available!

Not only that, but I'm also starting a matchmaking service here! If you're a god who wants or needs a shinki, or a shinki who wants a god for whatever reason- [No nora judgment here.] -then please stop over here and fill out a form! Everyone is welcome, you don't have to be staying at here to fill out a form.

So be sure to remember this just in case, alright? And tell your friends!

Or anything about music in general? I've been tinkering around here and some things sound kind of good? [It’s rare that he posts to the BBS; Sousuke’s quiet nature and sometimes-over-focus kind of leads to that little problem. Content to dwell with his own life and his own small circle of friends and duties. But sometimes, the private life just doesn’t cut it. Especially when said private life is the entire reason for breaking his silence and going outside that small circle.

The video feed clicks on with a quiet sound, light blazing from the screen for a second until it adjusts to the scenery. It’s soon obvious he’s alone. Considering the presence of a black jacket barely resting at the peripheral of the video’s frame, it’s likely he’s holding the screen to his side. Deliberately not pointing the feed at himself. Instead, there’s a lovely shot of a quiet patch of natural garden, complete with trickling spring, breezing of clear air, and the ever-present drizzle of pink sakura petals from the surrounding grove Eros’ castle temple is renowned for.

There’s a moment of silence, semi-awkward on his end, before Sousuke finally outs with it. His tone’s calm, musing.]

Can a god and a shinki be more than god and shinki? [A measure before adding in a lower voice.] Or will it make problems between them?

[Yeah, it’s vague, he knows. The nature of god and shinki is a complex relationship. But Sousuke’s not honest enough with his softer emotions and being open to other people to outright ask the serious/~~embarrassing~~ question:

I'd like to take this time to invite any interested parties to my Temple in two day's time for a group training session. Our primary objectives will be to work on stealth, speed, and camouflage, along with surveying one's surroundings in potentially high-tension situations.

I formally invite gods and shinkis alike to a dinner party taking place on September the Sixth. If you need directions to my temple, I am happy to provide. Otherwise, dress as you wish - there is no set attire - and do not worry about burdening yourself with gifts or offerings.

(She has experience enough in organizing such gatherings - there will be plenty of food and some sort of entertainment.)

It may come as little surprise, all things considered, that I am therefore seeking the employment of Bards or those with musical gifts. I wish for the party to be lively and welcoming. If you are interested, contact me here or by visiting my temple.

I wanted to ask a question, but first I have something I should let people know of.

Psyche, Exemplar of Lakshmi, has disappeared. I’m afraid that I don’t know who her friends are, so I can’t let you know through private messages.

On another note, Lakshmi’s temple has moved. Now it’s in the southeast district. Has any other temple belonging to the new gods moved?

Which is not the question I wanted to ask initially, but anyway, I’d like to know.

As for my original question:

Are there bullets of holy water that can be loaded into normal guns around? I mean, bullets that have holy water inside them, that pops open or explode, in some way, upon impact. I have been looking, but I might have missed it if there are. If not, do you think anyone would be able to make some?

Quick question. What does everyone consider picnic foods?

It doesn't have to be fancy, or even cooked, just something you yourself would bring to an occasion like that.

Also, no alcohol. This isn't for a romantic occasion. Though food cooked with alcohol is a-okay.
