It seems strange that I should only come to you all when things are rough, but that appears to be my sole duty as of late.

I must start this message by apologizing for the behaviors of my brother. His actions were unwarranted and chaotic and I should have seen something like this coming from him. I'm embarrassed to say that we had no idea of what he was scheming, and for all the loss of life and the damages I am truly, greatly sorry.

That said, it pleases us to no end that so many of you new gods and shinki have worked so hard to protect our home and to clean up after the disaster that befell us. We are truly grateful to have good souls like you here with us. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Know that we do not plan to punish the other party involved in the destruction that has happened here. We had detained him and are keeping him under close watch for your safety as well as his own. Please understand that we have made the best choice that we can.

Again, we apologize for what has happened and we hope to be able to curb anything like this from ever happening again.

Those would be stronger words if you hadn't already gotten people killed before and come up with nothing but an apology to show for it. And if it looked like you were making any effort at all to speak to us outside of providing the most basic information about this place and sending us to do your work for you.

I can't speak for everyone, but I didn't fight those things for you, or any of the ones who bring us here. I did it to help us, the ones you've ripped from our own worlds and left here with barely enough knowledge to know heads from tails, or some with barely enough memories left to know themselves.

While loss of life is always regrettable, it is unfortunately a part of the flow of the world. There is nothing I can do to stop death from happening, especially when there is no indication of anything going wrong that I can stop. I am not entirely certain what other information you might be looking for, but I will gladly provide with any that I can.

Hello, Kochiya Sanae, I am glad to hear from you.

While Susano'o may have had a good idea in attempting to keep the ayakashi away from humans, there is no proven way to do so. In fact, controlling ayakashi at all is strictly forbidden by our laws.

Susano'o will get his just punishment, though I do believe it may have been delivered to him without our actual intent. We will also be keeping a close eye on his reincarnation, just in case.

It's not Wukong. It's not her Goku, but she remembers falling to her knees before Taigong Wang and Kaguya and begging to spare Goku's life for his actions, she was his master, she was the one who should be punished.

She's not this Goku's master, but she's the only one (that she knows of) who could take responsibility for him right now. The other Sanzo was hardly in any position to do so.

Lady Amaterasu, I'm glad that you're seeing logic in this. I was worried you might turn your sights against us as well. I'm sure all of us just want peace and harmony among us and the heavens.

That said, I don't believe Goku is a threat any longer. He must be very scared and lonely right now. Please don't keep him for long. Please, I will take responsibility for him. If you have to punish someone, punish me. I'll endure whatever it is to get him back to us.

Kanzeon, my worry is less about Goku being a threat and more about someone doing to him what my brother has already done once. If there is another who would wish to cause havoc in the same manner, they would only have to follow in Susano'o's footsteps. For that reason, we feel it is safer to keep a watch on him.

Please do not worry, no one will be receiving punishment. My brother has already received his and Son Goku has done nothing consciously wrong. We cannot punish him for something that is not his fault.

He's got some nasty magic painted around at least a few of his temples on the Near Shore. It's nothing I've ever seen before. Do you guys know how to neutralize it safely? I was thinking a power washer, but, you know, I don't want to get myself blown up.

To be honest with you, we have never encountered magic quite like this before. They have appeared to come off mostly with a good scrubbing, though you must be careful about ayakashi nearby. Perhaps using shinki to make borderlines around the signs and cleaning from inside the cage would be best?

I unfortunately do not know what has happened to those that have disappeared. As near as we can tell, their gods have reincarnated in their homelands. That is the extent of what we know at this time.

A good question that I wish we knew the answer to. Usually gods do not simply disappear unless they have lost all followers on the Near Shore. What has been happening lately is a very strange anomaly that we have never witnessed before.
