[ So after waking up from a vivid dream that he's becoming more and more convinced isn't a dream at all, Yata sits in the barn at Roy's temple late this morning having a minor panic attack. Unsure what he's supposed to do about this and when the first person he would normally go ask is the one person he can't go ask, he does the obvious thing. At least for him.

He flips open a video feed to the BBS. ]

So, uh, I know this has been talked about on here before but it hasn't really been relevant to me before now... [ Which, in Yata-speak, means he didn't pay attention. ] ...but.

What do you do if you wake up and suddenly remember something - or someone - from before. And you're pretty sure they don't? I mean. That's bad, right?


(( OOC Note: Both Fushimi and Yata have woken up with the same memory, Fushimi is just the sort to freak out about it privately while Yata is not, hence this post. Both characters may be tagging back replies in this thread however, and both are open to contact or action logs as well, just specify what/who you want in your starter ))

It's quite common for the new shinki. You shouldn't panic. But you should be careful with discussing the actual memory if it concerns other people here.

Uhh. I remember fighting someone. With a friend. I think we were partners. Or had been.

[ He rubs at the back of his neck, anxious and not sure what to do with these new memories he had. ]

[ The fact that he replies like this has Yata pausing for a moment in consideration, especially when he phrases it with how much he could tell him. like he knows there's stuff about Yata he hasn't let on about before.

Obviously someone's better at keeping secrets than him.

Finally, he settles on something that might tell him one way or another, without venturing into too-risky territory. ]

[ He'd had a long talk with Saru about what they'd learned and what it meant and what they knew now and Yata spent a day thinking all that over before making up his mind on his next course of action.

Which is how he comes to be standing outside Bar Homra this morning staring up at the sign with a slight frown on his face. He feels a little nervous for reasons he can't even put his finger on, but he takes a deep breath, refusing to let that stop him.

He pushes the door open and steps inside, calling out as he does so. ]

Hello? Anyone here?

[ Mikoto is seated at the bar nursing a glass of whiskey when the door chimes and he hears that familiar voice. ]

[ If he wasn't in the stable somewhere out of sight to Yata, Butch would hear the ruckus that the boys cause in the main building.

He'll see the video later on but he doesn't exactly have an answer to it. He'll make something good for breakfast for them later though. ]

[ It's a little after the noise of said ruckus that a sheepish Yata slips out of Saru's room, looking considerably more energetic and carefree than he has in days. Some of the worries and moods that have been haunting him since his latest god's disappearance seem to have lifted somewhat, at least if the sounds that had come from their impromptu pillow fight and wrestling match in the bedroom had hinted at.

Although he stops short at the sight of Roy in the kitchen, looking a little embarrassed. ]

Ahh.... good morning. Sorry if we were too loud. I hope we didn't wake you up.
