Hello. This is Midoriya Izuku for those of you who don't know me well. I've been talking with a few people, and it seems that while newly minted gods often get somebody to guide them through their arrival, shinki aren't so lucky.

I think it would be good if we could compile a resource for newly arrived shinki. There's no reason they need to be so confused upon their arrival.

As I'm not a shinki, I don't know everything that should go into it. Could those who are please say what they would have liked to know earlier?

If you are blighted, find the child Yukine and beg him for the cure.

Or just find holy water at your god's temple if you got it from touching something you shouldn't.

And when that is insufficient?

It'll work on the lesser blight stuff. If it's the other kind let your god know and get three strong shinki to aid you. Something called ablution.

Does your god know how to perform an ablution?

Never asked them. I know of three shinki who do though. I hear one won't cut it, you're going to need three. So your best bet is to make friends and when the time comes ask around.

So rather than being prepared ahead of time, you would rather wait until you were half dead with blight, and only then hope that somebody knows the process to cure you?

What part of make friends with others did you not understand? If you're not the friend type, find three shinki who can do it and make sure they're sympathetic.

Name three shinki who know how to perform an ablution.

I'd say find three close to you. Or people you deal with often. Don't rely on finding people you've never met when the time comes. There's no guarantee they'll still be there when you need it.

Or ask for help on the network.

Are you being intentionally obtuse?

No. I'm saying give shinki the full answer. Don't just tell them to look for a guy who may not be available. Even more so when it might be an easy fix.

If you touch something bad, get holy water. It works pretty well. If you blight your god and that doesn't work, find three powerful shinki who know ablution and make sure your god knows what's going on.

And again I ask, which shinki know ablution other than Yukine?

Like the person above me said, holy water can cleanse most blight.

Most, but not all. Do you know how to cure blight that holy water cannot remove?

What happened?

This is an informational post for shinki, correct? Shinki are vulnerable to blight. Not all blight can be removed with holy water. Surely all shinki should know what to do if this happens, wouldn't you agree?

[The only blight he remembers getting that bad was Axel's back when he became an ayakashi. But Kairi and Yukine both made a post about that, an absolution.]

I don't know what causes that kind of blight, but if it's impossible to remove you'd have to talk to Kairi or Yukine.

Which is what I said from the beginning. If you are heavily blighted, hope that Yukine has not vanished and that he is willing to assist you. Otherwise, you will become an ayakashi.
