MASTER ADD SHOULD NOT REQUIRE ASSISTANCE ACCESSING SECURED FILES. MASTER IS THE ONE WHO SECURED THEM. [but he still hasn't figured out how to access a lot of important things...]
IT IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR ANY USERS OTHER THAN MASTER TO ACCESS CORE FILES AND SYSTEM CONTROLS. IF THIS ACTION WAS PERMITTED THEN THERE WOULD BE A HIGH RISK OF DAMAGE TO CORE FILES, INAPPROPRIATE USE OF COMBAT PROGRAMS, OR LOSS OF SECURE FILES THAT COULD BE USED AGAINST MASTER ADD, INTENTIONALLY OR UNINTENTIONALLY.
