[The video feed clicks on to show Goten's face way closer up then it needs to be. He squints a bit at the screen as if trying to figure out if it's working or not. When he does lean back, there's no greenery or buildings behind him, just a vast blue sky dotted with clouds. It's easier to show everything from a bird's eye view, or at least he thinks so. For once the boy isn't grinning from ear to ear. He's much too confused and concerned right now.]

I think it's working....

Um, can temples just disappear? I can't find Archie anywhere either. All that's left are me and my new cloud friend here.

[He angles the video down to show the fluffy bright-yellow cloud he's sitting on. The cloud almost seems to bounce up in greeting. The video moves to look past the cloud and down far below at an nearly untouched beach with a cliff side. For anyone that had ever found or seen it, Dakuwaqa's temple has vanished.]

D-does that happen a lot? Where does everything go? I've looked all over...

[He already knows the god isn't around, that or he magically picked up and cleaned house. The name that was on his right hand is gone too so...His voice strengthens as he takes a deep breath and flips the camera back to his face in a sudden motion, frowning and trying to glare. He really is upset about this. He's hoping maybe the shark god just took his teasing or trick too far this time.]

Arrrrrrrrrrchie! You better answer me! If you're trying to play a trick on me I won't forgive you. You hear me! This isn't funny!

[He smiles though it doesn't quite reach his eyes.]

[Hakkai you are a blessing. Though the explaination just makes Goten that much more confused. He frowns a little, crossing his arms.]

If he's not here then where would he go? Are there other worlds? I can fly so I get to them like that, right?

I think it means that person's not here anymore. Elsa's went like that, too.

Huh? Oh! It's a cloud! The other day I found it in my room. It's been sticking with me ever since.

[It's the only thing left from the temple. He smiles a little bit though.] You should come see, Goku! Maybe it'll let you ride it too.

What kind of cloud friend are you talking about? Is that another shinki from your temple?

I don't think so. It's just a cloud that's really friendly. It showed up one day at the temple but I really don't think it's a shinki.

[He bounces on it, playfully. Fluffy but surprisingly soild.]

[She has a bad feeling about this, but leaving him alone also doesn't sound like a great idea.]

[He frowns, the cloud bounces up as if trying to cheer up the boy but what is he suppose to do now?]

I heard of stuff like this happening but he's gotta be somewhere, right?

I'm afraid that could mean your friend has vanished completely. It happened to my previous god and a few others, as well.

Your cloud friend does seem interesting, though.

That's what some of the others are saying. I've looked everywhere and the name on my hand is gone too. B-but I heard there's a chance he might come back...somehow?

[Goten is hopeful. Archie wouldn't let him fight or anything but he was still really nice. A good god.]

Oh yeah, it showed up the other day in the cieling fan. I donno it's name but it's friendly. It can go really fast! [Not as fast as Goten can fly but it's still fun. But the cloud has kept his spirits a bit higher. With the temple and Archie gone, its really all he has besides the clothes on his back.]

It's happened. My goddess and her temple disappeared without a trace. She was here one minute and gone the next.

[ She'd tried to look all over the Near Shore but the minute she saw an ayakashi, she just turned tail and ran. There was no sense trying to fight without a name after all. ]

I'm staying at a friend's temple for now. If you'd like... I can ask if he can spare you some room while we look for... Archie, was it, the name of your god?

I don't wanna leave here for long in case Archie pops up. If he is around, he would come back to the beach....I think.

[He doesn't know for sure. Goten is just a kid but he has a bit of hope that is slowly dwindling as he talks to everyone. By now he's laying on the nimbus cloud, looking down at the world below.]

I'm sorry, but I'm afraid I can't answer any of your questions. My goddess disappeared recently and I couldn't find her anywhere either. All I can do is offering my help in your search. It's probably not much, but please consider it.

[The cloud friend part has him intrigued, but he's not even sure how to start on this one.]

[Just how many gods dissappear? It's really becoming unsettling to Goten. He frowns a little at that but tries to keep on a brave face]

I've looked everywhere for him... A lot of people already told me that if the temple is gone and my name then he isn't here anymore... I donno what to do. I don't wanna leave. I don't want a new god either. I want Archie.

[He frowns lowering his eyes but the next question does make him blink]

Hhuh? Y-yeah! It showed up the other day in my room and keeps following me around. I'm by the beach if you wanna see for yourself.

If the temple has been destroyed and the name on your hand is gone, those are signs that he's left this world.

[Which everyone has already covered. Sharak's tone is gentle, and she doesn't want to frighten Goten with the possibilities... But hiding the truth is no good.]

[Ah! He knows this voice. It's enough to make him perk up a bit.]

[He frowns a bit at her words. It's not much different then Hakkai's and Jae-ha's responses about Archie's location. Slowly, it's starting to reaffirm Goten's fears, as much as he doesn't want to believe it. The temple is gone, his name is gone, Archie is missing and Goten can't sense him anywhere.]

[Slowly Goten shakes his head]

...I was gonna stay here and wait and see if Archie showed up.

What does he look like? Maybe I can keep an eye out for him.

That's easy! He's tall, tan and looks like a pirate. Wears lots of blue and has a really point beard!

[He blinks slowly]

Hey Ouka, did you ever find your god? You were super lost when I first met you, I was kinda worried.

[He smiles; he really is happy to see she's still around!]

[ People are saying that Goten's god is gone, as he goes through the visible replies to the post. And Souji knows that people leave - Reiji did, after all - and don't come back. But, in his mind, there's always a chance that they might come back. Will he remember Goten? That's the real question.

But you can't kill hope. So. ]

[Another person Goten knows! He always perks at fimilar faces. It's good because at least they're still here. Maybe....Maybe Archie will somehow pop up too!]

Thank you! I've been looking all over but everyone keeps saying if the temple is gone and the name on my hand is gone, then he's gone too. But how can someone just disappear like that?

[He's late to the conversation; he knows this. Still recovering from his own ordeal, it's a punch to the gut to see someone he likes suddenly turning on such a message. Reading and listening through the other conversations branching off the video, Sousuke tries his best not to let his stomach fall, but unfortunately, he's a theory-based guy who doesn't see the world through rose-colored glasses (unlike some others he knows).

But at the same time, how can he be so blunt as to say what others have said and what Goten honestly doesn't want to or need to hear? It's not like the kid's lacking in brains. Curious, saddened, worried, any of those things Goten's probably feeling right now. But to give him a false sense of hope? Sousuke's not sure what he should do in this moment. After all, he doesn't know the workings of this place either. Whether Archie's gone or simply out for a while and might come back... How do the gods above gods work?

Like a shinki would know.

Ultimately, he finally clicks on the feed, revealing the sweeping sakura grove out front before the screen flips past it and settles on Sousuke looking into the screen. He sets the camera down on the window sill before taking a seat on a nearby chair (sitting on it backwards because rebel).]

Goten... What have you found out?

[He blinks at the video, squinting a bit as the sakura come into view. He doesn't even need to see who it is before his eyes light up. Who else is always around sakura?]

Sousuke!

[He grins full-heartedly. Sousuke is still around, that's super good! He didn't doubt that the older shinki was but with Archie gone now, Goten is more worried about everyone else he cares about. But there he is, sitting and talking to him. Goten a bit relieved to see him to, his shoulders drop a little bit as he settles down. After the post Sousuke made about that jerk god that's another thing that concerns Goten about his safety.]

Um, everyone is saying Archie is gone. That it happens sometimes to shinki and gods. But it might be a good thing cause he might have gone back to where ever he's from. If that's true then I think Archie is probably happier.

[He spoke about Pokemon and stuff a lot. It was clear that he missed his world despite his cool god powers. If that really is true, Goten is happy for him. But that's the problem to, no one knows for sure. If there was just some way to know, then it would make the boy rest a little more easy. He lifts up his right hand to show the name missing from it. The skin is clear like it was never there.]

My name is gone too. Hakkai said I gotta find a new god or I might end up with someone random. Sharak is gonna let me stay with her until I figure out what I wanna do.

[But enough about him, he leans closer to the screen]
