Is it normal for people to stay asleep for some days straight in this place? Because it's been about a few days since Ginger collapsed asleep and it's pretty freaky.

I tried searching, but it doesn't actually yield any results. So it seems to be a 'heaven' thing.

Ginger is Lavi by the way.

[Ayumu's been away from Heaven more often than the not the past couple of days. She's had her hands full with tracking Gojyo and sorting out this mess with the yakuza on the Near Shore. It's only by chance that she catches this post and the comments below it while checking the BBS to see if her friend had made any more appearances on it.

This is an interesting feeling Ayumu's experiencing right now and can't put a name to.]

I wouldn't say ill, but he's definitely stuck sleeping.

[It takes Ayumu a bit to reply. She is in the middle of attending to important business; she can't let herself get too distracted. At the moment, she's running surveillance on a rival group to the one targeting Gojyo and her workplace. But thankfully, having little presence on the Near Shore has its advantages in this type of mission. She can afford to text during her stakeout. This is important, too, after all.]

[It's a sensible guess, she thinks, if this fellow is in a position to know these things. The idea of Lavi being somewhere potentially unsafe and in a vulnerable state....

[Lavi sometimes went out for several days at a time and the connection to his name was still there, so this news comes as a shock.]

Aside from being stuck asleep, he's fine from what I can tell. You're his god, right? I left him in his bed at your temple.

As for what happened, he basically collapsed and went to sleep after sex and has stayed that way.

Exactly how many days has it been?

[Someone earlier talked about experiencing events back home, but then, Reisi had fallen into a deep sleep earlier in the month as well, and nothing had seemed to change.]

[ Except someday Shun will learn that, opinions on aesthetics and stuff aside, Judar doesn't really lie or talk out his ass. He has no reason to most of the time. Just as he has no reason to hide his casual encounters or share details if pushed. ]

Don't think we'd be considered friends or anything though. Just working on some stuff together.

In theory, we don't need sleep or food, but we still crave both. Maybe he collapsed because he stayed awake for too many weeks?

Just a thought.

[ It would be probably good to know where are the limits of gods and shinki hunger/staying awake, but it would require someone willing to participate in the experiment. Someone willing to conduct it too. ]

I'm pretty sure that's not normal. I told him to get some rest and take care of himself not lapse into a coma.

Though I got the impression he's been very tired for a while. Maybe he's like me and doesn't sleep well sometimes.

You'll keep a good eye on him, won't you?

I mean, there was more recreation than work.

I'm not really in a position to constantly visit and dote over someone I don't really know. His god knows and he's in his room.
