[Why does he suspect you would, what with the anonymity?]

Hopefully that's the general response. I wonder if it's expected or despaired of, but you have to assume most humans would answer like that.

Still, it isn't our duty to answer every prayer, is it? There has to be some sort of system in place to keep us from just turning into magical wish factories that are abused by everyone.

Isn't a god always just, though? It's not hard to trip up on the slippery slope.

[ Her own ancestor is one of them. ]
When a human wishes for something, that wish can become a prayer. Of course there would be a few humans who are hurting dearly, wishing for another's misfortune. However, that sort of thing generates great negative emotions and energy, which feed the ayakashi and can hurt the god in the end. The one who is killed may also develop negative feelings in death, consumed by their grudge, and become a malevolent spirit. That's how it works in my world, and I assume it would work that way here, too.

I can only hope everyone reads this.

What're you the god of again? I sort of want to know if you'd actually get that kind of prayer. I'm the god of pleasure, for it to fall under my domain... Well. I don't think Ken is praying to anyone these days.

[Besides, killing is fun and easy! Helping people ace tests or advertising for a business is work.]
If someone makes a request of me, I'm no one to deny it, though I'm sure my shinki would not agree.

How would you go about it without your shinki?

I have not heard of anything like that yet but I have not been here for very long.
Does this person pose a threat?

2. Itd probably depend. Never been how it works from back home. Always been a rule that we arent to take a life. Call it a bit of a habit that I dont fancy breaking.
[ Because hey, who better to ask about death than a death god? ]
Re: text;
I wouldn't call it a bad habit, no.

Death isn't somethin' that should be treated lightly.

And I agree with that second statement. Death generally isn't something you can take back.
