Can Shinki get sick?

Can Shinki get sick?
[ A seemingly simple question, but one that's been clawing at him for days. The symptoms have become too painful to ignore, so he bites his tongue and seeks answers because unknown to him, his bloodlust has begun to manifest. ]

Before him, a trail of old footprints steered toward a dark forest where no light passed through. Should he choose to follow where it lead, Watanuki would find a steel gun covered in blood marking the entrance of the forest. If he moves to touch the gun a memory will suddenly burst into full glory.
A heart beat rapidly in his chest. He was running, chasing after a figure in the dark. He ran headlong through the streets tracking the echo of insanity smeared across the wind and when he caught sight of the human figure he pulled out the gun. The shadowy figure laughed and he--you--pulled the trigger and a sharp cry filled the air as the bullet slammed through flesh and you smiled, an acrid smile filled with the same taint of the shadow.
The gun suddenly slips from the your hands the blood making it too slippery to hold onto and when it hits the ground the white snow turns red. ]
You shouldn't pick up things that don't belong to you.
[ A figure steps out the forest, looking like Zero but with longer hair. ]
What are you doing here?

[ He was running, fast, but there was more than just a shadow. A black smog filled the entire memory, and it cut through his sense along with the gunshot like a knife through butter. Not only was the blood slippery, but he dropped it in utter shock, his wet hand flying to his chest, panting hard. He was trying to catch his breath, white mist huffing and puffing into the cold night air. He stood quickly, stumbling to his feet. ]
Oh-- [ A worried huff, but then, he ward the voice, and... ]

... [ he wanted to call out to him, his name, but the world Zero died on his tongue. He swallowed it back down. ]
I... [ What did he say. ] I'm supposed to be here. [ And he shifted, standing in front of the gun. ]
Is this gun yours? It's covered in blood.
no subject
It's the way things are.
[ He lifts his gaze, looking back up at him, and suddenly he's raising a gun - the same gun! - and pointing it at him. ]
I don't like sharing.
no subject
That's why I came here. To help you. [ He swallowed, keeping his solid stance. It was just as if he was dreamwalking again. ] I'm... I'm more capable than I look.
That's how I am able to be here, where I shouldn't be. [ There's a pause. ]
Tell me what's wrong... Zero.

[ He shoots him.. ]
Nothing is.

If he approaches the bathroom, the room gets noticeably cold with every step and once the door is pushed open a glass falls on the ground breaking at the unclad feet of the figure inside. Zero grasps the edge of the sink with bloody fingers slowly cracking the porcelain beneath as he struggles for breath. ]

[ And then his back was against the wall, a bedroom of sorts. He had to lean back to keep his knees from giving out from under him. He took a deep swallow of a breath. His heartbeat was back; fast, but back. Warm again. ]
[ His eyes drift towards the cracked door and the streaming sliver of light. His mismatched eyes stare at it a bit, before the sounds of panting catch his attention, ragged and desperate. It takes him a moment, but he steps away from the wall, slowly, taking quiet steps towards the bathroom. His hands slowly press against the wall beside it for balance and he peeks inside to see what's going on, and... ]
[ It's Zero, but he looks desperate, in pain. Somehow, he's strong enough to crack the sink, and it hits Watanuki that is earlier assumption was right. Though he didn't say it out loud, Zero was something more than human, something otherworldly, because people couldn't just crack something so solid, couldn't so easily chase and hunt down someone and then just grin about it with such coldness that it made his shiver. ]
[ He wanted to rush in and help, but the last time his ass got shot, so for the moment he remained, watching him closely. ]

The scene lasts but a moment before the windows start to shake and a cold wind breaks through rushing inside to surround the intruder. The commotion has Zero looking up exposing a bloody tattoo covered in scratches as a furious hand slams the door shut and the god is suddenly thrown out of his mind in a violent push. ]
no subject
[ What is he?! ]
[ But before he can get any kind of information, any sort of clarification as to what he could possibly be, he's suddenly being forced out of Zero's head. He tries to hold on, stand his ground, but nothing has ever pushed him out before... but he had to remember. This wasn't an object he was pulling memories or thoughts from, this was a person, a person with limitations, with matters of privacy, with alls to be thrown up. And so, suddenly-- ]
[ And he's back in front of his temple. His hands yank back from holding Zero's as he stumbles back a few paces, nearly tripping over his yukata. He takes in a large, open breath, heterochomatic eyes wide and surprised. He looks Zero over with a startled expression, wondering if the other saw the same thing he did or if, for the mere three seconds that it took, he was just standing there wondering what the other was seeing. ]
[ But of course--no, he only saw it, and when he realized it, he settled down, taking a deep swallow. His eyes shot to Zero's neck. ] Ahh--
....Oh... [ And he took another deep breath. ] Sorry, if I startled you. Getting a reading from a person is a little more... intense for me. [ He'd go with that. He didn't want to scare the other, especially since he didn't remember but he saw something! ]
no subject
Are you okay? [ A tilt of his head. ] You don't look good
no subject
[ No, no, no. He couldn't panic. He remembered Yuuko and all of her teachings... and before he ended up here, he had just been starting to grant wishes himself... he had to be calm. He couldn't let Zero know that... ]
[ Hell... he didn't even know what he saw! ]
Using my powers takes a bit out of me. [ He'd play it off because gods... telling him what he saw without a proper conclusion was not something he wanted to do. He straightened himself up, shaking out whatever he had still lingering on him. Another breath, and... ]
I did see something, though. A few things. [ Watanuki looked around, making sure they still had privacy. His eyes returned to him. ]
I saw some of your past. I know you don't remember, but I saw a few things that might help you.
...Will you come inside? If you're not feeling well, you probably need to sit while we speak.
no subject
I'm not the one who needs to sit down.
no subject
Come inside, okay? [ He starts taking a few steps into the temple, giving him a wave. ]
no subject
You can tell me here.
no subject
[ Another breath. He looks the other over critically. Really, how should he approach this... ]
I'll... there's not really any other way to say this.
What I saw... I thought this was the case, but I'm 100% percent certain now.
You're not human.
1/2
[ Not human.
Somehow the shock of it barely registers on his face. After speaking with the others, he had suspected as much.]

I don't know. I saw some things: characteristics of speed and abnormal strength... but that could be a lot of things. You could be a demon, a werewolf, a vampire, or even something less tangible, like a spirit or ghoul, but...
I didn't get to see much. Your mind kicked me out before I saw too much... but... [ Well, there was always a but. ]
May I see your neck?
no subject
Go ahead.
no subject
[ There it was. That strange tattoo he had seen, but before it had been covered in awful, violent scratches and smeared in blood. There's a faint huff of breath, but... wait... ]
[ His brows furrow. Zero had a torn up neck but... ]
...No scars? [ He questioned out loud. A hand came up, and a thumb very tenderly rubbed across the skin, over the tattoo. ] I...
I saw your neck had been scratched up, but it looks okay now. [ A pause. ] Does this hurt you at all?
no subject
No.
[ Warning administered, he slowly lets go. ]
Scratched up, how?
no subject
[ He stills when Zero grabs him, going a little stiff, as if frightened. His body relaxes a bit, and he pulls his hands away slowly. ]
You had scratched it up. With your hands. [ He was pretty sure. ] So I was wondering if it had hurt.
[ But otherwise. ] When you arrived here... did you come with anything?
1/2
I did it?

Why would I?
