Does anyone have any experience with the care of small, white dragons? What foods do they prefer?

What is the best way to determine their mood: head movements? Wings? Tail? Vocalizations?

Specifically, how can you tell when they are about to bite?

[Not that he's failed to tell he was about to be bitten a few times already. Of course not.

There is a picture of a small, snaky-bodied white dragon with a ruff running all the way down its long neck attached. In the picture, the dragon is flaring its wings over a plate of raw hamburger with a look of serious annoyance and its mouth wide open in a silent kyuuuu!]

I meant it as in "not-common" which on itself isn't bad. But you're correct in that it could be worded better.

Would unique be a better word?

Do you think it will learn one day?

Dragons are told to be dangerous creatures. Mythical, sure, but the same can be told about gods. It's unknown how big it's going to get.

He might! I'm not sure how old he is. He seems quite intelligent, but he can't talk.

His mouth and vocal cords are shaped differently, that's for sure. [ ...it's a dragon, after all. Which brings the Important Question ]

Do you think he can breathe fire?

He hasn't so far.

Perhaps he just hasn't felt motivated to?

That's probably a good sign. As fascinating sight as it would be, I presume, he uses that skill when hungry, angered or scared. As offensive or defensive maneuver.

[ so at lead he's neither of these. That's if the dragon can even breath fire at all. But Genos is convinced it must! Being a dragon and all. ]

He does seem hungry, but I don't think he's felt threatened so far!

It could also be that he's not that sort of dragon.

Yes. I'm not sure what the firebreathing type would be like, though.

[But they probably don't turn into cars. That seems abnormal, for a dragon.]

Maybe he will start breathing fire when he gets bigger...
