Good evening!

Thank you to everyone who has been taking advantage of the classes at Menrva's temple. To those of you who have not yet had the chance to stop by, please find a schedule available here.

Of course, we are also happy to make space available for additional classes if you have a skill or a subject to share. Please contact me or my goddess Elsa Randall for scheduling.

Which brings me to my second reason for contacting all of you! Since many of us aren't yet comfortable with the Internet, we'd like to raise money in order to purchase at least one computer. We already have a few offers to teach. Any donations that you can spare will go directly towards purchasing equipment and

getting us online!

That would be wonderful. It's starting to look like it will take a while to raise enough even for one.

That schedule also lacks a lot in terms of basic courses. Is there not a need for them, or simply no teachers?

Really, it's a combination of both. I'm open to assisting with any subject matter during the self-study times, but Elsa and I are the only academic instructors and our students are at very different levels.

What sort of equipment are you interested in donating?

I'm interested in helping with the computer acquisition! --How does someone earn money here?

I'd also like to sign up for the math course if it's taught at the high school third year level. I didn't quite get to finish my term.

I think I should be able to handle that level! But I'm not sure exactly what your curriculum might have been, so if you can let me know which sorts of topics you were learning, I'll brush up before your first class.

There are a few different ways to earn money. Odd jobs on the Near Shore seem to be the easiest!

I'm afraid all of my technical knowledge is a little out of date, but the math, biology, and dance classes all sound useful. Will I need to bring anything for them?

We have plenty of textbooks in the temple, so you'll only need paper and something to write with for math. You'll have to ask Elsa if there are any other supplies you'll need for her classes!

Yes, there is! We're still rather small and informal, but with so many young people here I thought there should be a way for them to continue their education.

You don't have languages offered at all.

[Towers? Cell phones have been enough of a mystery to Hakkai, but at least he's been able to experiment with his own in order to work out how to use them. Well, whatever kind of tower this man is talking about, it's probably not something that Hakkai'll have to be concerned about! He's no architect.]

We offer the classes we have a teacher for! Which reminds me, if you happen to know anyone who can teach English, that is the only language we have potential students for at the moment.
