Good afternoon, everyone. Please excuse my change of name: this is Cho Hakkai.

I appear to have reappeared. Although I don't want to give undue hope to anyone who's recently lost a god or shinki, I'd like to announce that my classes will be continuing as usual.

To those who were living upstairs at the school the past few days, I expect you to help me clean up the mess. You know who you are.

[There are animal cracker crumbs everywhere.

And apart from that he's just not going to mention the events of last few days. At least he wasn't an actual child, but....]

Does anyone have an idea what might have caused it? I'm certain I felt something in the air for a few hours before it happened.

Yeah, after you disappeared, Yuri let everyone know about it. So... I promised to keep the school clean.

I see. Thank you, Yoon. It's only by chance I'm back, and it's a relief to know that the place would be looked after in my absence.

She and I agreed that it was the kind of thing you'd have wanted anyway. Not like I was super busy with anything else.

You haven't been too busy with your duties as a shinki, then?

[... really, he doesn't know what Yoon's been doing these last several weeks. Other than stealing his teacups, of course. And Hakkai is choosing, quite deliberately, to pretend that events of the last two days didn't happen unless someone else brings it up first.]

So far the extent of my duties are making sure he doesn't bleed out from using his powers. I don't know what other "duties" there would be, honestly.

[And he's not the type to train terribly hard on his own.]

Helping him with prayers, perhaps? Or whatever else it is he chooses to do.

That said, I usually preferred to spend time on my own goals as well.
