Okay, how many people here really believe that a shinki going nora is some sort of huge sin or personal failing? Relatedly, how stupid are you?

And not related at all, does anyone have any good curses or insults?

It's when a shinki lets themselves be named by another god- so they can use you as a vessel too. But apparently there are people who judge you if you decide to do that.

It'd be one thing if they were just concerned on how safe it is, but that's not it at all. It's- [She struggles for a second with the exact word.] It's ignorant.

Have you heard about what can happen if a shinki doesn't have a god?

I just lost my god not that long ago…. So I know how that feels. But it’s not like I know a lot of people here, so it’s like… How do you know who to turn to when that kind of thing happens? I doubt the Heavens care about us, after all.

It’s fine. I asked someone else to be my new god, and they accepted, so I don’t have to worry about getting eaten.

That's a complicated question. But what occurred to me when you mentioned that is that maybe we shinki don't remember our pasts because there's things in our pasts we wouldn't want to remember. So it depends on just how this reminds you of that.
