[ The video opens to Nanako sprawled on her stomach, kicking her feet in the air behind her but her expression is one of serious thought. Although she looks a little shy and uncertain about leaving a message like this, she also looks pretty determined, too. This... hadn't been something she was sure about asking her big brother, so instead she tries here. Maybe that will be easier? Or people will be less quick to guess why she might be asking... ]

Sooo.... this is heaven, right? And where people go after they die?

If someone died a while ago, can you find them here somewhere?

[ Normally he wouldn't share this with anybody, except maybe Aya, but this girl is a child, and if it helps to put her at ease... maybe just this once he'll speak as Ran and not as "Aya". ]

That's what I'm choosing to believe. Between you and I, I haven't found mine yet either, so you aren't the only one.

[ Now her expression turns serious for a completely different reason, understanding flitting across her face as she asks softly, ]

Have you been looking for your mom, too?

I've only recently been able to get out of bed after that parade a while back, but it crossed my mind to try.

[ It had, but he'd dismissed it due to the fact that it seemed more like wishful thinking and less an actual possibility. ]

Not so much for myself, but for my sister.

[ She blinks for a moment, something about what he says giving her pause. And then she realizes what that reminds her and her eyes widen. ]

Ah! Are you Yoon's god?

[ The question is a bit of a surprise to him. She knows Yoon? ]

Yes. I take it you've met him?

[ She sent you cookies. You're welcome. ]

Yes! Are you feeling better? Yoon was really worried about you!

[ Wait... Yoon was actually worried about him? And it wasn't just some show of teenage whatever? ]

I am. Though, I'm rather surprised that he expressed any sort of concern. Then again, he did... [ how does he say this without making it sound weird. ] ...he brought cookies the other day.

[ Her expression lights up. ]

I wanted to send a gift, to help you feel better. Yoon said he'd give them to you for me. It's no fun being really sick and stuck in bed.

[ ...something she knows all too well. ]

[ He'd been in and out of consciousness, so if Yoon had mentioned where they'd come from, he couldn't recall... but given her reaction... ]

You sent them? [ Shot straight to the heart - Aya used to do a lot of baking at home, and she'd make him eat what she made, often ruining his dinner because of it. Not that he minded much, because it was something she enjoyed.

He's not good with these words, and he doesn't use them very often at all, but this is one of those times where he genuinely means it. Unlike when Yoon had made him say it after he'd woken up. ] ...Thank you.

[ She doesn't realize how deeply her actions had made an impact, just that when she had been very sick, it always meant a lot to her when her friends stopped by or sent her things to cheer her up. It had made being in the hospital for so long a little more bearable.

Which is why she just smiles warmly at him. ] You're welcome! I hoped you'd like them.

They were very good. You did a great job.

[ Mental note to see about introducing the kid to Aya sometime. Though, between the two of them, his waistline might not survive! ]

You're right, though. It isn't fun being stuck in bed.

However, I wouldn't be opposed to taking some more off your hands the next time you make them.

When I make some more, I'll let Yoon know so he can bring you some more. [ She doesn't look like she'd mind this at all. In fact, he'll probably be getting another delivery within the next day or two, specifically for this purpose. ]

Are you feeling better now, though?
