I do not think this is the time for beach parties. Half of us cannot remember who we are. Those of us who know a shinki's past could kill them with a single word, without ever meaning for them to come to harm. This should not be accepted as normal without so much as an explanation as to why it is necessary.

What reason could there possibly be to strip someone of all memory?

Why does nobody seem to know what is going on?

I suggest you filter your concerns to the proper channels. Your little stir up can become a storm real fast. You're going to get someone hurt with your carelessness..

Talk privately among other gods obviously. Haven't you seen things sent privately before or are you one of those gods that have never used basic technology?

I'm not talking about you get hurt. I saying you're going to get shinki curious and asking things. Then someone is going to end up blighted or worse because of your carelessness! I don't care about you talking to gods about these matters. You're tiptoeing a dangerous line brainlessly by posting this so openly.

If anything comes of this, that's on your shoulders. Remember that, especially if it's someone you care about.

Besides, why would it take my mentioning the matter for someone to grow curious about what their own past might hold? It is not as if refusing to talk about the problem will somehow make it less troublesome, and they are hardly ignorant of its absence. Shinki are not children.

Shinki don't typically crave to know about their past. They know they're dead and dont remember anything. They don't need to remember. You've already gotten a few other replies explaining it pretty well.
