[Don't frown at him!! He holds him closer again, pressing a kiss to the side of his head like this will soothe any irritation at Jae-Ha being Too Honest.] I love you and your honey tongue, so what is there to worry about?

[Um?? He's so rude, Hazel has ever right to be grumpy at him. He hums in response to that kiss; cute, but not enough!! And then he grumpily fidgets to get comfortable with this rude lizard. Ugh.]

Nothin'. I'm not. That's what I've been sayin'. [yeah he's so convincing] You're real lucky you're so dang adorable.

You can be open with me, you know.

[Teasing him is so fun, but he's being merciful and not going all out. So. He stops there, at least. He smiles simply at the adorable comment and keeps him close.]

Are you any warmer?

[He's warmer thanks to his RAGE!! No, he'll gladly let this go, and maybe next time someone makes fun of the way he talks he won't be so embarrassed ha ha yes he will. Look forward to it.]

Downright cozy. You're like a heater. [Outside, in the morning, in that robe?? Oddball.]

It must be all of the love in my heart that's keeping this flame inside of me going...

[He will be over the top all he wants!!]

[Jeez!! Okay, that's cute and dumb and makes him laugh, so he'll forgive him for the honey tongue incident.]

Really now? I'm gonna blush. [He fidgets a little to lean up and kiss at his face, hello, give him the affection.] C'mere.

[He'll gladly move his face closer, kissing at his lips with a small smile.]

Thank you for coming out here to sit with me.

[Much better. Hazel presses another kiss to his lips with a hum.]

It was a lil lonely wakin' up all by myself. [kinda needy... but also he Worried.]

So you also enjoy us sleeping in the same space. [He knows that, but Hazel can be so tsun, he just likes to point it out right now. Small little kisses can keep separating their sentences, since he feels like keeping that up.]

I also prefer to wake with you by my side.

[Don't call out his tender feelings, gosh. Of course he'd rather sleep next to Jae-Ha than in the next room, after everything...]

Now you're just tellin' me the obvious. [kisses...] What a romantic.

[He loves everything about moments like these. Even with the horrible feeling he woke up to, and the shock and pain that followed, he has this right here in his arms. He has Hazel and their closeness and this sweet teasing and these kisses. His next kiss is extra sweet, just for these sappy thoughts.]

I may be something of a romantic. [Maybe.] I have principles that I like to follow in love.

[Maybe!! Don't make him laugh again. Of course Hazel is enjoying this sweet moment, too, but he hasn't just forgotten about the day's sadness either... Hmm.]

Is that right? What's the first one, always bein' a gentleman? You're okay at that. [jokes... anyway] I love you and your principles, so it's alright.

[Okay at that, please.]

What a relief. [All this love, what will he do with it... More kisses.] There's no need to say this when you can already feel it, but I'm feeling a bit better thanks to you.

[Sometimes he's filthy,]

I like hearin' it. [More kisses... great idea.] Are ya gonna want breakfast when you're done jumpin' around?

[Will Hazel make him breakfast?? That's not the newest thing, but returning home to a cooked meal is, and he's all starry-eyed over it.]

I'll probably be starving.

[Maybe... Some elaborate bacon on toast, plus the compulsory grits.]

I'll make sure you're good and fed, don't worry.

[He's so excited... Reaching over, he picks up his phone from Hazel's lap and kisses him once more.]

I should get dressed before I take off. Come with me. [Jae-Ha... He's actually saying this innocently.]

[Ah, cuddle hour has ended, woe... Well, he's suddenly hungry himself, so the sooner Jae-Ha zips around and comes back, the better.

So without any more cute stalling he pulls away from Jae-Ha to stand, sliding his fingers down his arm to take his hand and tug him along. Let's go, clothing time, back to Jae-Ha's room.]

[Cuddle hour has ended for now, but now Jae-Ha can hold various pieces of clothing in front of himself and play around with what he should wear for the day. Maybe he'll even walk over to Hazel, put a hand on his hip and kiss him another time or two before he's dressed and ready to leave.]

I shouldn't be long. I only want to feel the wind in my hair and rid myself of some of these feelings.

[Cute kisses while Jae-Ha wastes time picking his clothes, what a fine break from a dramatic morning. Hazel sure isn't rushing to get dressed to go cook bacon, so he's just loitering here while Jae-Ha gets ready...]

Sure thing. Breakfast'll be ready by the time ya get back. [Shall he walk Jae-Ha to a window....]

[Look, he is going to leap from a window, but not before kissing Hazel one last time and touching a hand to his cheek.] After we've eaten, I can play some music if you'd like to hear.

[So, they have plans. He'll get back to Sheryl at some point, but right now this is all that he wants. With a little wave, he'll hop off just like that and go on his quick jump!!

His quick jump doesn't end up quite as quick as Jae-Ha would have liked. His whole jump has sad moods mixed in, but towards the end, the dip of fear that goes along with his surprise might come across as an interruption of some sort. Well, even if this "Loki" person was very angry at first and then it turned into reassurance and a lot of talking about things Jae-Ha didn't like, he only returns home a little bruised and scuffed all over because he fell through a temple ceiling.

"You should see the other guy" or something like that, right? Well, this time he's using the front door and hurrying over to peek into the kitchen.]

[That random onslaught of feelings sure does distract from cooking bacon for a couple minutes, but it's not the same crushing depression from earlier, so he'll let it go instead of immediately going to his phone. If it takes Jae-Ha longer than expected to come home, then he'll do something about it. That's fine.

When he does come home, Hazel is just finishing up with putting breakfast on a couple plates. He hears the door open, so when Jae-Ha peeks in,] That's powerfully good timin' you've got there.

[And then he glances up, and - hm??] You're a mess. C'mere and wash your face.

Ah, that's a relief. I was worried I would be late...

[When he was looking forward to coming home to a meal and everything. It works out in the end, even as he quietly touches his own cheek and then glances at his fingers. He walks over to the sink after a few seconds of pause at that, glancing to the food as he turns on the water.]

I fell through a temple. [Explanations... He turns back to the sink and cups his hands under the water before trying to wash some of the scuffs off, at least.] I thought I would be unreachable in the air, but Loki teleported before me as I was flying.

[Look at this guy... showing up all sort-of-cheerfully looking like he just fell through a temple, and god, that's exactly what he did!! Hazel gives him a look and a gentle nudge in the ribs before he moves on to putting these plates on the table.]

Didja kick him in the teeth? [make his day]

Actually, yes.

[Look at him, following advice just thanks to convenient reflex. He shakes his hands dry and grabs a towel to wipe his face off, and now he looks fairly better with just a couple of tiny bruises and no gross dusty temple dirt all over.]

I kicked him out of the sky, and he teleported to the rooftop of the temple I crashed through. His face was bleeding, and he was rather angry... [Now he can turn and head over to the table to follow these plates, yay.]

I wonder if he might ever try it while I'm at home.
