school's out forever
Posted: 27 April 2016

As the elderly among us have realized, most of us seem to be underage. Since that's the case, I have a question regarding my education.
I'm not quite sure what to do without highschool. The concerns of reaching graduation aside, my days seem emptier without the responsibilities I had back home. Time passes much slower when I can only spend it on hobbies. And it's frustrating knowing that looking for a job would be pointless due to our apparent invisibility to normal people.
(Which is ridiculous, by the way.)
To be blunt, it's stressing me out. Apparently. My shinki noticed it enough to point it out. They even threatened me if I didn't write this.
So let me know if you have an answer. I'm obviously at a loss. Please also let me know if you have any excess paperwork. At least I know that soothes me.
[He sure is offering to be anyone's secretary.]

Yes. I like to learn. I'd also like to graduate and continue with my life, though I'm not sure that's relevant anymore.

Does that mean those people I shouted at over there were simply ignoring me?

We're not invisible, we're just hard to notice. You could get a job if you'd like. I worked as a delivery boy for an art shop for a little while.
I'm sorry, the only paperwork I have are the prayers people have sent me.

why would you want to go to school? its pretty boring stuff unless theres a few cute girls around but even then its still not that special

[Well, except for one. But still.]
Either way, it's not the studying I miss. I guess it's more of the structure. Maybe having an end goal like "graduation"? I'm not sure. If I knew, I wouldn't have been forced to speak here.

By the way, what do you mean by "computer system"? Is that a laptop? I can't imagine you'd need more than that.

[EDUCATION IS IMPORTANT]
And as I said, it's more just having something to do. I had authority in my school and all the responsibilities that came with it. I'm just hoping to find something similar at this point.
[aka why is it so hard to be a workaholic here]
(no subject)
I promised, so here I am
Especially since my routine here isn't that different from the one I had at home - odd jobs, helping people, and fighting monsters was pretty much the norm for the past year, with school also in the mix.
Though, when I first got here almost a month ago, they sent all of us on a prayer to a high school. We were capable of interacting with people there, so it's not as if we can't find some means of attending classes or lessons somewhere.
Although I don't know how effective it'd be... I hadn't actually thought about it being a possibility until this post.
If nothing else, maybe those of us who want to continue our education could have study groups together? Share knowledge we've picked up until we can find out if we can go to classes or not.
breathes i was waiting for you
[DON'T JUST... SAY YOU FIGHT MONSTERS LIKE IT'S NO BIG DEAL...]
It's easy to look over. I hadn't considered it myself until another person pointed it out.
I think I might prefer a study group, though. At this point, I wonder if it'd feel too distant, being around the lives we used to have.
[Do you need to make every talk depressing, Keito.]

Saying things like that just makes you more recognizable. Didn't I tell you last time not to be ashamed of that?

[Learning how to play more instruments might not be a bad idea.]
It's not an awful idea, though it would be nice for some competition.
