[Yuuki had been doing so well.
When she wakes up on the morning of the thirteenth, there's something different. Hajime will feel it as a sense of confusion and unease, though it has yet to progress to outright stinging. It's... strange. She remembers lush greens and a blue sky that seems to stretch forever, circling around a giant tree from which the world itself seems to spring. She remembers laughter, turning to the culprit and laughing herself in sheer bliss as she takes in the world. Between the six of them, they practically have a rainbow of wings... Siune, Jun, Tecchi, Talken, Nori. She knows their names, their races, the fact that they were her comrades. But...
That's it. Just a brief glimpse into what must have been her past. A beautiful world full of friendly faces that she can't quite reach out to grasp... One that she shouldn't.
And yet...]

Shinki definitely never ever remember things... Right?
[There's no easy way to put it. But she has to know--
Is it... Really okay for her to be regaining her memories...?]

[sorry yuuki... you tried.]

I didn't say a single thing about remembering anything okay!!

And barely anyone's answered my question either!!

Anyway, the answer to your question is no, and the fact that I have to tell you this at all only further proves your stupidity. The shinki named Hisoka recovered his memories by dying and returning as a god. This proves that memories aren't permanently erased and that it may be possible to recover them through other means as well. You should be familiar with all of this information since you responded to his BBS post explaining such, but I guess not everyone is gifted with the miracle of basic human intelligence.
Does that answer your question, or do I need to explain it more thoroughly?

Ok ok it was badly worded I'm sorry!!!
I just woke up and I was thinking about it so I asked but I know gods can remember stuff!!!
Even though it's really weird how shinki can become gods too.......

If we're all outsiders, I doubt there's much difference between gods and shinki of our kind. Whether it's possible for memories to return to us while remaining as shinki or not, since we know it's possible for shinki to resurrect as gods and regain their memories that way I don't think it's an impossibility. As for how that could be done, your guess is as good as mine. Assuming you are telling the truth, there's been no incidents involving shinki regaining their memories.
[He's still not sure if he believes she didn't remember anything... but he'll let it slide for now.]

Plus they're gods
[That's already a great difference, in her mind. It's part of why she finds it so strange that one can become the other.]
All of us are weird compared to the shinki who are originally from here though so maybe it really is possible...
[That is... Maybe she isn't a bad shinki for magically recalling stuff.]

The difference might be more distinct for the native gods and shinki, but I don't think it's as clear of a line for us "outsiders". At any rate, we shouldn't assume everything will be exactly the same as it is for the natives. There could be any number of differences between us we haven't realized yet.

I wish we knew what was the same and what’s different!!
Sometimes Yukine and Kazuma talk about normal shinki things but we never know if it’s the same for us or not

Then again, we don't fully understand the nature of our presence here. If a shinki can become a god, who knows what other factors could change unexpectedly.

[That's the part she worries about the most, really.]

[The same can't be said for Add.]

We’re supposed to be guides for our gods so we have to be careful
[Try to be a more responsible shinki, Add!]

A guide with personal experience is more useful than a guide going off guesswork or whatever they've been told by others.

A good guide wouldn't keep testing the limits just to see what they can get away with!

It would still be bad!
[It’s simple as that, in her eyes.]
