There's something endearing about handsome guys with animals sleeping on them. No matter how big and gruff they are, they have a soft side.

he is usually so serious and stern but he will just kind of sit there helplessly and glare at the animal
but not move it
and half the time he will fall asleep too after a while

honestly its especially cute when big grumpy guys are all sweet and gentle right

That's so cute! I definitely agree.

My god is really laid back but it's adorable when he's sleeping on the couch and his dogs are sleeping with him. Big fluffy lumps of cute.

we dont have dogs just the pig and four cats and a couple of hundred ducks
but theyre all really friendly!

[He'll helpfully attach a couple of pictures of Hijikata covered in kittens and looking disgruntled about it, and asleep with two pastel-colored ducks in his lap - with more ducks in the background. He really wasn't exaggerating about the number of ducks.]

Where did all the ducks come from?

oh i found them
we were cleaning out around the heavens and all the old temples and so on
and they came out of a pond in a locked room
they had nowhere to go so i adopted them!!!!

Why were there ducks locked in a room? That's horrible!

I know someone like that.

He's stoic, snarky, and doesn't smile much, but really enjoys cooking and taking care of people.

actually they seem to be very alike apart from the cooking thing

but he has also been practicing archery diligently

hachiman is the god of archery after all
and warriors in general
and also the noble spirits of warriors so it makes sense for him to be cultured
