So I opened a restaurant since a picnic I held a while back went well. It's open now, so anyone can show up.

In a way yes, in a way no. It depends on what people like at the moment, and with fads, I might have opened at a bad time.

I think you overestimate people and what they'll eat.

Well, I know in Japan they eat some things Americans won't eat and vice versa...

Anything that tastes good. It's what Ken and I do.

It's quite good if you like fresh crab in your crab cakes over that imitation crap made of pollock.
