theres a variety of reasons there but yes
if i didnt already
it kind of feels like a normal thing to think if im being honest

and looking at some of the other threads on here it definitely sounds like thats right for you
but defective is probably the most apt way someone could describe me in one word

Why do you think so poorly of yourself?

feels right mostly
like its a finely tuned habit the origins of which i couldnt begin to comprehend
coming here hasnt really given me any reasons to not do it

Have you shared your feelings with your god or shinki? Surely they can help make your existence better? If they fail or do not care, my temple is open and it is always a lively place.

i dont really think they deserve to have to deal with my emotional offloads
they do their best to make things better anyway i just
cant really feel it i guess

You should not look at it that way. There is much we do not deserve, but in order to be happy and find peace, we must help each other.

that sound pretty accurate
but its hard to see it that way from where im standing

Keep trying; thinking that way may turn into a habit.

theyre pretty hard to break
and ive got a lot more than one bad one for a new good one to contend with

They needn't contend. A good habit can exist amongst the bad until you are ready to change.
