Hey! Um... so I've been thinking about this for a couple of days, but I heard....

[He trails off before regrouping. He should've rehearsed this before he started recording it, but he's got no idea how to go back and delete and re-record now. Onward!]

I heard I used to be a god! I mean, I don't remember, obviously, but if I really was, I guess I should say I'm sorry. And I look forward to meeting you all again. And, um.

[Really should have rehearsed.]

I don't owe anybody money, right?

[He laughs uncomfortably and rushes ahead.]

-- Anyway I guess that's about it! Nice to meet you all again! Sorry I forgot!

[Nailed it. Before he can think better of this whole idea, he hastily stops the recording and hits send.]

Ah, that's... Hmm. I've only heard of the opposite happening, actually. A shinki who became a god.

I hope you're not, uhm... upset? About being a shinki?

[Because she likes it. Or at least, she sees the partnership between gods and shinki doesn't think either one is above the other, at least the good gods treat her that way.]

I kind of wonder what I did to get in that much trouble, though.

Well there's Riku. I feel like there's someone else... Maybe it's my imagination, but Riku doesn't remember what happened, anyway.

So maybe everybody who changes forgets, not just shinki.
