Hey! Um... so I've been thinking about this for a couple of days, but I heard....

[He trails off before regrouping. He should've rehearsed this before he started recording it, but he's got no idea how to go back and delete and re-record now. Onward!]

I heard I used to be a god! I mean, I don't remember, obviously, but if I really was, I guess I should say I'm sorry. And I look forward to meeting you all again. And, um.

[Really should have rehearsed.]

I don't owe anybody money, right?

[He laughs uncomfortably and rushes ahead.]

[Nailed it. Before he can think better of this whole idea, he hastily stops the recording and hits send.]

So which one are you? Shinki or god? [His username looks like a real name, but it could be some kind of foreign god; Tsuzuki's learning that he's pretty shaky on knowledge about religions that aren't common in Japan.]

Uh... yeah. Yeah, that's kind of what I figured. But nobody seems mad at me so far! So I guess it's okay!

I guess I could probably use a job that pays, though. You don't know anyplace that's hiring, do you?

I work part time at an anime goods store. You into that kinda thing?

I don't know a whole lot about it, but it's just sales, right? I could do that!

Yeah, pretty much. It helps to know a little bit about the product you're sellin', but that'll come with time.

Anyway, what's the name of that place? Are they hiring?

It's a store called Animate, over in Akiba. Just ask for the manager and say ya wanna pick up some part time hours. Make sure to call a lot or they'll forget to put ya on the schedule.

I guess I'll just have to tough it out. Man, working on the Near Shore sounds hard.

I guess. Isn't there anyplace run by shinki? Or gods? Or, like, somebody who's spiritually gifted enough not to forget about us before payday?

I think there was a bar like that. Some guy named Gojyo runs it.

Whoa. Seriously? Gojyo with the red hair?

Yeah, he gave me a few pointers when I got here! I didn't think he'd been here that long. I've gotta work harder, I guess.
