Hello. This is Midoriya Izuku for those of you who don't know me well. I've been talking with a few people, and it seems that while newly minted gods often get somebody to guide them through their arrival, shinki aren't so lucky.

I think it would be good if we could compile a resource for newly arrived shinki. There's no reason they need to be so confused upon their arrival.

As I'm not a shinki, I don't know everything that should go into it. Could those who are please say what they would have liked to know earlier?

Is there any reason people would have it out for those ex-shinki? I know we've recently seen two people dead, but they haven't been resurrected as shinki or gods.

It's fine, they're all defaulted like this.

If nothing too chaotic is happening, maybe some sort of sign? "Please wait here for your god"? That might not work if we've been called on to help with a disaster on the Near Shore. And people might not want to stay there...

I don't mind if you'd like to list out everything. Information like this is good to have, even if it needs to be parred down once we start writing.

You should put somethin' in there about how it's okay to be a nora, no matter what anybody else says about it.

Becoming a nora is a personal decision. I hope people who've done it thought long and hard about it.

If they're going to do it, be careful.

Yeah, you can say that stuff too, but people should know there's nothin' bad about it on its own. They get badmouthed a lot, and lots of assumptions get made about what kinda person would do that, and that ain't fair.

I know I never regretted it for a second.

In the end it's a decision like any other. I don't think it's bad, but it can sometimes be difficult.

In that case, why don't we all try to use what we know to give to shinki when we get here? I don't know a ton of things myself, but... there are others who have been around for a long time, right?

Well, yeah, I mean, you don't gotta encourage people to do it or anything. Just let 'em know that if they wanna, it's okay as long as they're careful about it.

I believe it's already been mentioned, but information on phones and their uses would also be helpful to many of us. ...In fact, information on this realm's technology in general. Many basic household items were new to me when I arrived.

That's what we're trying to do now. Collecting all of the information here, writing it down and then handing them out to new arrivals.

I know a few things, but probably not enough, since I'm not a shinki.

I wouldn't know. Asking the person directly wouldn't do any good, obviously. If you could find someone who was close to them while they were a shinki you might get some information that way, though.

I don't remember hearing of any deaths. I guess it wasn't anyone important?

Hmm, a pamphlet might be best then, unless we set up an information center of sorts for Shinki.
