Hello everyone, I hope that I'm doing this right. I will admit, I'm still getting used to using this, so please be patient with me.
I was curious, for those who struggle with reading or writing here: do you have any tips? I feel like I'm slowly making progress, but it's frustrating when you can't read most of what you find in the library. I think I saw something about learning, but I may be mistaken.
Alternately, is there anyone who wants to put together small study groups for those of us who aren't as proficient with reading and writing in Japanese? Does something like that exist? If not, would anyone be interested?

You're looking for work?

Would it be possible to meet elsewhere? The library isn't the most convenient location for me.
And yes, I am. Prayers only supply so much steady income, and we're just getting started. Besides, I thought it might be nice to get out every once in a while.

Are you not concerned that you might be needed while you were working? Both gods and shinki have responsibilities as it is...

It is a concern, but I want to be able to pull my own weight as well. Besides, it might be nice to have a few creature comforts, you know? I think it will be okay if it's only for a few hours a week.
apologies for my slowness orz
It's fine. Perhaps the park?
I suppose there's little harm in trying it... but I can't help but feel those few hours a week would prove to be the few hours in which I was needed elsewhere.
no worries~
Perhaps, but I also can't stand just sitting still and doing nothing. We exist in this world, and I want to learn everything I can about it, and what better way than trying to live a life like anyone else? I know that we're different, I understand that, but I want to understand the people of the Near Shore; if I can't understand them, then how can I help them?
Making a little money is certainly a perk as well.

...I suppose that is one way to learn about the world. I don't think understanding people is a requirement for saving them from ayakashi, though.

In that case, I wish you luck in your job search.
