i learned alot of stuff about shinki and blight
why do gods get blight when their shinki get blight? thats not fair
is there some way to stop that cause i wanna fight without hurting mrick

[The post switches to voice a moment after because Goten isn't that good at writing but he wanted to be sure to get two gods attention. Writing was better for that right?]
Kairi is really strong and doing her best for you and everyone else you know! Shes the best exemplar ever so she should be exemplar! I don't wanna be an exemplar if she isn't one too! The exemplar thing is dumb if the best shinki is the first shinki a god gets! That's cheating!
[There's a small pause as Goten remembers something]
Oh! Oh and Roxas, Aymeric! Neither of you can get mad at Kairi! Yeah! She really helped me out a lot with that prayer and I'd be ayakashi food without her!

Yeah, I'm okay now. Don't worry, Allen!
We got rid of the blight. My friend was helping me with a prayer and I grabbed an ayakashi...
voice;
Wait, no. That's not the important part. ]
Your friend who's a shinki..? [ It's a little softer in dawning realization. ]
Why did the two of you go by yourselves?
voice;
[He probably should have guess it but still. Goten's voice becomes softer]
My last god didn't like to do stuff with me cause I'm little. I thought Aymeric would be the same so I wanted to prove that I could by taking a prayer...b-but I got him and Kairi hurt and Kairi in trouble with her god.

[ There's a smile in his voice, actually. A quieter sort of one. ]
When I was little, all I wanted was to find a way to get stronger.
voice;
[There's a thoughtful pause there. That must have been before Allen was an Exorist too right? He got strong and became one. Even though they only just recently met, Allen is one of the first to treat him less like a child. It makes him absently think back to the god patting him on the shoulder.]

He doesn't answer right away. Like the question's caught him somewhat offguard, which it has. Even if it's such a defining one he's struggled with his whole life—the more important thing right now after all is why Goten's asking, because if he's asking that... ]
...I found what was important to me. [ After he became an Exorcist. Becoming a thing, a title... that alone isn't what makes you strong. Or even what makes you that in reality. He was terribly weak and erratic as an Exorcist for years given the innate strength at his fingertips. The greatest potential as one and no idea how to channel his own Innocence properly.
At least not until he found that. The most important thing— ]
What I wanted to live for and the people I wanted to protect. Because the reason why people fight, the reason why they want to get stronger—it's because they have something precious to them they want to protect.
More than anything in the world, even when everything seems impossible and all is lost... if you still believe in protecting them no matter what...
Then you'll become strong for their sake.
[ But... ]

[ His voice has dropped. Warmer—but with some faraway kind of nostalgia as well.
Something bittersweet, perhaps. ]

But it's when Allen talks about when he was little that makes Goten sit up a little so his voice is clearer.]
That's dumb. I'm way stronger then you were when you were little then!

Allen! I'm happy you have friends now. You know a lot about it too! Being by yourself can't be fun. Even if you're strong that'd be sad.
[No matter how strong someone got, how could you go without at least one friend? Goten can't even imagine it.]
Good thing there's no way that can happen here, huh? I betcha Lux would beat you up if it did.
