My thanks to everyone who helped clean and repair the abandoned temple! I'm pleased to report that it seems to be monster free and perfectly safe. There are also new windows.

I'll be resuming tutoring there on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons starting next week. So far the subjects I'm teaching are primarily math and Japanese. Please let me know if you will be attending or if there are any other subjects you'd like to learn. Household budgeting and cooking, for example.

There's no charge for my instruction, but donations of books, furniture and classroom equipment are always welcome. Please consider this building a community space, and feel free to use it if you wish to hold any classes or meetings of your own. Add them to our schedule, clean up after yourselves and don't break anything. （⋆＾－＾⋆）ノ

Well... I wasn't at first. But I am now, if that makes sense. Erk's a good guy though, so it was a mutual thing.

[It's not unusual. It's probably less unusual than a god releasing their shinki -- or even than a shinki choosing to become a stray -- and so it's the first thought Hakkai jumps to.]

Yeah, *something* did, same thing that happened to Alluka, although she got assigned to me. They woke up and their old names were gone.

I'm familiar with the experience. It does mostly seem to happen at night, doesn't it?

I don't know about everyone else, but I did find Alluka in the morning, you're right. Erk came to me himself before he could get reassigned - I don't know how long Alluka went without a god before she was... placed with me.

It's not an invariable rule. One of my gods vanished in the middle of the afternoon: the only thing that I haven't seen change is that there are never surviving witnesses.

Has she not told you how long it was?

I never asked. Didn't think it was important when trying to treat someone like a little sister instead of a tool.

Speaking as a tool, there's really nothing offensive in asking a question like that.
