I do not think this is the time for beach parties. Half of us cannot remember who we are. Those of us who know a shinki's past could kill them with a single word, without ever meaning for them to come to harm. This should not be accepted as normal without so much as an explanation as to why it is necessary.

What reason could there possibly be to strip someone of all memory?

Why does nobody seem to know what is going on?

Where do you recommend instead? I was not sure how else to get others to see it.

tbh, it doesn't really seem like a good idea to talk about this in public at all

Then would you know of anywhere less public I could raise my concerns? There is a lot we have not been told, and I wish to ensure that I am not overlooking something obvious.

You might have better luck talking to the gods who've been here longer than the others. While not everyone might have the answers you need, maybe someone out there knows better.

But... talking about this kind of stuff might be more dangerous around most shinki.

That is all I desire: to speak to someone who understands better.

I did not think that this too could cause harm.

I can't speak for myself but there are some shinki who might try to think about their pasts because of this question. It can be pretty dangerous.

Maybe you can start by asking some of the gods you know? They might be able to point you in the right direction.

I see. I admit that I had not considered that, earlier, but it is, I suppose, far too late to take the words back...

It's a little worrying when even the gods don't have answers. If the gods don't know, who does?
