Hi, the name's Lavi, and I've got a question for all of you.

Being new here, it's come to my understanding that there are gods here from different mythology and I'm curious as to know which gods are currently active. At the same time, if anyone wants to answer, if there are gods here who has earned ["taken"] the name from a former god that was once here. I figured it'd be easier to keep track of all of the gods here in this place, to see who's who, since people seem to come and go in this place at random intervals.

At the same time, I understand if no one is willing to come forthright about this kind of information.

[A pause.]

Or if anyone wants to personally message me, that's okay, too!

Where was the last place you've seen it?

It was in my room! I had it on my bed with some other books but when I woke up, they were all gone.

That's odd. Unless it was spirited away.

Huh? What kind of spirit would steal books?
I've never heard of one like that before.

[Then that'll be something.]

Maybe it's just not books; there are some mythical creatures that do take items.

[minogame]

( Oh! He hadn't even considered a thief spirit. )

Like a thief spirit? I didn't think about that.

( But that makes sense. It makes a lot of sense to him now! )

But then the book could be anywhere... Unless it was nice and returned it to the library. :/

[Lavi was about to correct the other but decides not to.]

Sounds good. Do you want to meet in front of the library then?

I DIDNT EVEN THINK ABOUT LAVI'S OTHER EYE........

( THIS IS GREAT? WOW. )

( Mm! Let's look for each other! I'll have Himechan with me...she's a turtle so you can't miss her! )

( AND URASHIMA WILL HEAD DOWN TO THE LIBRARY, tbh. Even if they can't find the book he's looking for, maybe he'll find another good one... one that won't get stolen. )

[Fortunately, going to the library doesn't take too long.

He's already been there after he's gone off exploring and Lavi could never say no to libraries. There was something about books that felt familiar to him, and it helps to know that there were many books that were helpful.

As Lavi walks up to the library, he sends Urashima a text:]

At the front of the library now.

( There are a few gods heading in and out but it isn't particularly crowded.... so when Urashima sees someone he isn't very familiar with, he waits to see if it's them. He's a surprisingly observant kid, figuring out if he can watch Lavi send a message, he'll know exactly who sent it once his phone goes off-- and there it is! )

I'm here!

( Waving his hand in the air, ) "Lavi" right?

That's right.

[An amiable smile.]

What's your name, though?

[minogame]

Urashima! Urashima Kotetsu. ( And he tosses his head a bit, nudging a bit at the turtle on his shoulder, ) And this is Himechan.

Have you been here before? You got here really fast!

[lostinshadows]

[He smiles and gives a tiny wave to the turtle.] Hello, Himechan.

[The smile shifts into a grin at the question.]

It was one of the first places I've hit since I got here. I figured it'd be a good place to start if I wanted to learn anything.

Oh? Heh heh, so you're really lucky, then! ( He really hasn't been here very long, has he? ) We weren't always able to go here before.

It's a little messy inside so you can never find anything... but that means its kind of like an adventure every time, right?

[It helps to have eidetic memory.] Really?

[Lavi tilts his head to the side, the grin widening.]

Yup! Nothing's more exciting than being able to comb through some books to find other books.
