I have a question for the shinki among us.
How important to you is your connection to your god?
If you could go without a name, and not worry about your safety or a place to stay, would you prefer to?

I'm not here to serve just anybody, if they can't get my respect then they're not worth it. Sheryl is worth it.

[That makes it much harder to be cruel about her shinki's impotence in the face of the danger all the gods here are in: he likes her. She's a good student, and diligent.]
I've certainly met some gods who I would not respect.

There's not many people I respect, god or not. They do not deserve it.

So you're willing to serve a god you respect, but you would rather have no god than one that you can't respect, is that right?

Thank you for your help with my question.
