Why are so many of you so young? I'm not the only one at a more mature age, am I? Is anyone over 20? I'm getting wrinkles just thinking about this.

[He's just 25 but if he has one more person tell him they're too young to drink when he thought they were older... his heart can't take it.]

I too am 20 years old. But I don't see why such a thing matters. Many people, young or old, do not act the age they are.

You see, so many people here have told me they can't drink at their age. That's the main problem.

I see. If it makes some uncomfortable I suppose there's nothing to be done about it. However I believe I might be able to have a few drinks, if you'd like?

That's no problem at all. It might help me get to know everyone a bit better as well. I've only just arrived here this month. It seems like everyone is rather open towards meeting and making new acquaintances though.

I'm afraid I'm not one for drinkin' heavily, but I don't mind one or two now an' then!

There's nothing wrong with some healthy, light drinking. It's the flavor and the company that make the night, if you ask me.

Seeing so many of you appearing that are actually adults is such a relief. Thank goodness. I thought I was alone.

From looking at this post, it would seem you, and the rest of us, are far from alone. Though, I hadn't noticed any deficit of adults in my interactions here. Maybe I've just been lucky enough to run into more adults than children?
