Is it normal for items to just 'show up'? When I woke up this morning there was a sword in my bed--stabbed through my bed next to my face. I'm fairly certain it's not my god's or his other shinki's.
... if you misplaced a sword in Ler's temple, I'd like to know why it had to be next to my face while I was sleeping.

Imagine waking up to a horse in your room.

Did it cause problems during the 'extraction process'?

Actually, I've heard stories about weird things ending up here occasionally, so I guess the aforementioned is irrelevant.

While that's an easier answer, it does seem a bit too convenient.
[ You've made him worry, tyvm. ]

Maybe, but this place isn't exactly without a lot of very strange occurrences.

... You mean like someone tried to stab ya, missed and was too lazy to try again? [Well, he's seen weirder, half-hearted murder attempts.] Man, you got lucky, huh?

That seems... highly implausible, and also mildly concerning. I'm not very interested in leaving things up to luck.

u need to lock ur door i think and ur window
its easier when youre sharing a room with someone i think
then you wake up
or get better at punchin in ur sleep
[Has someone tried to murder Goku in his sleep before? Has someone tried to do it multiple times? Is it a common occurrence in his life? Not important, we're talking about Ryoma now.]

You wouldn't happen to know how to use a sword, would you?

[ Ryoma's going to write a strongly-worded letter to somebody, at this rate. ]
I seem to be fairly adept at them, yes.
text;
At least that's what I've gathered.
That's convenient though, isn't it? At least now you've got something to protect yourself with should the need arise.

Are you at the temple? I'd like you to look at it, if you don't mind.

It also showed up overnight, as far as either of us is aware.

I wonder if it might be a sign of something--perhaps a threat from the Heavens' unknown assailant? Though this seems to be a bit particular to be something as broad as that.

You should see what I found in my shoe one morning.

On one hand, I'd like to leave it there. On the other, you've piqued my curiosity. What was it that you found?
