Does anyone know what the best way to get a gun would be? I suppose I could simply steal one from the Near Shore, but it doesn't seem right.
If anyone is willing and able to provide a gun, I can pay you in good fortune of some sort; I have some control over that as a god. I don't really have much money here in the Far Shore, even if I was rich while I was alive...

But I played Russian roulette with a gun awhile ago, and I was quite comfortable with the weapon! Probably more than I should have been, to be honest, although I hadn't considered that at the time. So I think I might have more familiarity with guns than I consciously remember. And, unlike a shinki, remembering things I might have forgotten isn't dangerous for me, so I don't see any reason not to follow up!
That said...I'm not really clear what you're offering. Are you offering to give me a gun, or just to practice with me in using one? Because unless I get my own gun, I'm not sure if practicing with one will really matter.

I'm not sure I would feel confident in offering a gun to someone who claims to be comfortable playing Russian Roulette. These are not toys, nor should one put their life in such an unnecessarily risky position for the sake of...what, exactly?
That being said, I only have the one myself, so I do not have a gun to offer you at this time. Practice is always important, because it allows you to continue honing and refining your skill in the event you do manage to acquire one of your own.
So you are still welcome to practice with me, but that is the best I can offer at this time.

To make a long story short, we were given motives - like being locked into a building and slowly starved - to force one of us to kill someone else. The rules of the game were that if one of us killed someone, and the rest of us couldn't figure it out, then the killer would be set free and all the people who failed to uncover their crime would be executed! But if the rest of us uncovered their crime, the killer would be executed and everyone else would be spared.
Anyway, after several days of starvation, one of our friends eventually killed someone else. The problem was that no one could find the murder weapon. But there was one location no one else had checked - a place we were only able to get to if we won a life-threatening game Monokuma set for us! Russian roulette was the final part of the game. And after I won, I did find the murder weapon, which helped us reveal the culprit.
So you see, it's not like I did it for fun! We all would have been executed as a result of being unable to solve the murder otherwise. So really, it was actually less dangerous than not playing! I wouldn't want you to think I'd ask for a gun just to do such frivolous things.
That said, I appreciate the offer, but it would be far too dangerous for me to practice with anyone else! My luck would make that unbelievably risky...
[Sorry, Mai. This is what Komaeda is like. This is what his canon is like.]

Forgive me if this sounds a bit harsh, then, but...if it's too risky for you to practice, then perhaps it would be too risky for you to possess one at all.
Practice is meant to increase safety, not risk it further.

Anyway, I expect I could practice alone just fine...or at least with minimal injuries. My luck does seem to have an element of self-preservation included.
