Mmm... if it's a person, I think that can change back and forth. People might not feel great one day and need support from you, someone they trust, in order to get back on their feet. They might do things that don't make me happy or proud to be loyal to them, but if they apologize and want to be better, I think I'd forgive them at least a few times for trying.

The inclination to support others is there. The need for self-preservation is there and it's a constant thought of running. Run. Run, run, run, it's so easy isn't it, but sticking through and working things out...
