Where would a shinki go if they wanted different accommodations from what they have now?

To offer some context: my god named me out of convenience. We agreed to work together toward a common goal but that goal has long since passed. We've discussed his releasing me from his service but on the condition I make arrangements for somewhere to stay until my reassignment.

I'm not opposed to doing chores or being sent on errands. I've done those things on occasion. My form has mostly been that of some kind of bladed weapon thus needless to say I can provide you with some sort protection if any of you are in need of one.

Either way, I'd be happy to be pointed in the right direction. Thank you all for your time.

The baron left it for me to decide for now. While I might not know too many gods, I've already received offers from a few comrades to stay over.

I usually leave my assignments to chance, however but I will admit, I'm starting to wonder if I should consider other avenues.

Did you have yours name you or was this a case of random assignment?

...she's a king, dammit. Kings don't cry over sentiment and severed connections. But then again, the fact that she's trying not to is the reason she made this post in the first place. ]

I did the same thing to someone else when he came back.
I asked him to name me even if he hardly remembered who I was.
That didn't last very long before he disappeared again.
But I suppose some of us have it luckier than others.
I'm glad to hear not everyone disappears.

I wonder if that's true... or perhaps
at some point... everybody leaves. But...
For now, I am thankful that Zero is still
with me, even if others have left.
