[Surprisingly, Goten’s name pops on the network, and at first, the video shows nothing but voices can be heard: Goten’s and a deeper voice that may sound familiar to some.

It’s not long before Goten notices the device and his face pops up, looking excited.]

Hey! Everybody! I found him! He’s still here! I found him, I found him! Look!

[The device bops with Goten’s bouncing as he moves it to show a familiar blond, practically shoving the camera into Izumo’s face.

Izumo looks at the camera, lifting a hand in a sort of wave.]

It seems I’ve caused a bit of a ruckus when I left, if what Goten told me is right. [A glance at Goten before he looks back at the camera, giving a smile.]

Sorry for that.

[Goten’s hair is practically the only thing viewable of him as he holds the camera more on Izumo like he’s going to disappear otherwise.]

You should invite everyone to your new place and make something yummy. I betcha they’d like that.

[Izumo chuckles, ruffling his hair.]

Right. Anyway, [He looks back at the camera.] for now, you can find me at my bar, Double Cross. I doubt I’ll end up disappearing anytime soon with Goten clinging onto me.

[Actually, there’s a bit of a pause and he has to look at Goten.]

My bar is still in one piece, right?

Uhhhm…..I dunno, I think Shizuo was pretty upset you were gone to…

[That doesn’t make it assuring.

Izumo sighs out and gives a nod to the camera.]

In any case, if anyone of you want to find me, I’ll be there. [And with that, the video ends.]

You're shitting me! [ He looks utterly baffled. ] You're a god now? What the fuck, Izumo! How...?!

Tell that to whatever's in charge of making people disappear and bringing them here.

[He gives a shrug.]

Or they just decided I needed a new role here.

[ He makes a garbled sound, unsure what to say to that. And then buries his face in his hands for a moment. ]

Well. You can't do any worse than Mikoto.

Should I be offended by that?

[Izumo can't help but smile at that.]

No, I mean really. You can only go up from there, right? [ He's still trying to wrap his head around this, Izumo, give him a moment. ] Shit. That's just... shit.

[ And then he blinks, lifting a wide gaze to the other man's face. ] Does this mean you remember? Does this mean you remember everything?

That would be correct.

[And he has mixed feelings about that himself.]

Shit.

[ Because that warranted repeating. ]

....You're not going to blow up your temple every week too, are you?

...No. That’s something specifically reserved for Mikoto.

[ He looks relieved. ]

Well, that's better, at least.

[ ALthough that... has him pausing and fidgeting for a moment, looking uncommonly nervous for the first time since coming in to see Izumo again. ]

What is it, Yata?

[He arches an eyebrow at him.]

[ A hesitation before he grins and laughs it off, changing the subject, one hand rubbing at the back of his neck. ]

Nothing. I'm just glad you're back. This place woulda fallen apart without you. I'm pretty sure Shizuo's gonna be pissed you left him with all this work.

[A bit of a stare before he hums.]

He will be. I have a lot to do to make up to him and everyone else.

[He is having trouble wrapping his head over how many people his disappearance has affected.]

You're back. [ Yata just shrugs. ] I'm pretty sure that will be enough for most people.

[Izumo laughs.]

Let’s hope so. [He pauses and gives Yata a smile.] Thanks for helping Shizuo keep the bar running, though.

[ He makes a face. ] All I could really help with was inventory and stuff. I'm no good with this part. [ He waves at the bar in general. ]

It doesn’t matter. The inventory is still important and I know Shizuo can have trouble handling it himself.

You did a good job.

[ Now he looks startled at the unexpected praise. ]

I didn't even do that much.

[ But he looks pleased by Izumo's words all the same. ]

You really shouldn’t put yourself down so much.

[He gives him a smile.]

And you deserve it after I just disappeared and left things to you guys.

Well, we can't let anything happen to the bar. [ He just shrugs with a grin all the same. ] It's important.

It is.

[And he’s starting to feel sentimental.]

If you’re planning to stick around, want to stay for dinner then?

Dinner? Are you cooking?

I am.

[He smiles.]

It’s really a gift for Goten, but you’re invited all the same.

The kid was really upset. [ Even he'd been aware of how upset Goten was. ] ...Can I invite Saru?

Feel free to. The more, the merrier.

[ Yata looks relieved. ] Maybe it'll help him get his mind off of everything else in the meantime. Thanks. Do you need help with anything?
