[Surprisingly, Goten’s name pops on the network, and at first, the video shows nothing but voices can be heard: Goten’s and a deeper voice that may sound familiar to some.

It’s not long before Goten notices the device and his face pops up, looking excited.]

Hey! Everybody! I found him! He’s still here! I found him, I found him! Look!

[The device bops with Goten’s bouncing as he moves it to show a familiar blond, practically shoving the camera into Izumo’s face.

Izumo looks at the camera, lifting a hand in a sort of wave.]

It seems I’ve caused a bit of a ruckus when I left, if what Goten told me is right. [A glance at Goten before he looks back at the camera, giving a smile.]

Sorry for that.

[Goten’s hair is practically the only thing viewable of him as he holds the camera more on Izumo like he’s going to disappear otherwise.]

You should invite everyone to your new place and make something yummy. I betcha they’d like that.

[Izumo chuckles, ruffling his hair.]

Right. Anyway, [He looks back at the camera.] for now, you can find me at my bar, Double Cross. I doubt I’ll end up disappearing anytime soon with Goten clinging onto me.

[Actually, there’s a bit of a pause and he has to look at Goten.]

My bar is still in one piece, right?

Uhhhm…..I dunno, I think Shizuo was pretty upset you were gone to…

[That doesn’t make it assuring.

Izumo sighs out and gives a nod to the camera.]

In any case, if anyone of you want to find me, I’ll be there. [And with that, the video ends.]

It doesn’t matter. The inventory is still important and I know Shizuo can have trouble handling it himself.

You did a good job.

[ Now he looks startled at the unexpected praise. ]

I didn't even do that much.

[ But he looks pleased by Izumo's words all the same. ]

You really shouldn’t put yourself down so much.

[He gives him a smile.]

And you deserve it after I just disappeared and left things to you guys.

Well, we can't let anything happen to the bar. [ He just shrugs with a grin all the same. ] It's important.

It is.

[And he’s starting to feel sentimental.]

If you’re planning to stick around, want to stay for dinner then?

Dinner? Are you cooking?

[toremainbehind]

I am.

[He smiles.]

It’s really a gift for Goten, but you’re invited all the same.

The kid was really upset. [ Even he'd been aware of how upset Goten was. ] ...Can I invite Saru?

[toremainbehind]

Feel free to. The more, the merrier.

[thevanguard]

[ Yata looks relieved. ] Maybe it'll help him get his mind off of everything else in the meantime. Thanks. Do you need help with anything?

[He shakes his head but then he pauses.]

Mind finding some lanterns for me?

[thevanguard]

[ He blinks, curious. ]

Lanterns? What kind?

[toremainbehind]

Any kind should do. I'm thinking of hanging some up tonight for the dinner.

[thevanguard]

[ Humming, he frowns for a moment. ]

I think I know where I can pick some up. I'll go grab them. How many do you want?

[toremainbehind]

Six or seven lanterns should do it.

[He eyes him for a moment.]

Do you need money?

[thevanguard]

Got it, boss. [ Yata just grins and waves that off. ] Nah, I can handle it. Consider it your welcome back present or something.

[Izumo smiles at him.] Alright. I'll be counting on you then, Yata.
