[The video is opening  on a shot of a sprawling flourishing garden, the focal point is a newly placed planter of flowers.  Then Alan is turning the phone to himself as he moves to sit next to that same planter, beaming happily.]

Miss Hibiki, if you happen to see this the flowers you've given me have settled in as nicely as I have. I believe you are right and I shall like it here.

[He laughs softly before smiling kindly abet awkwardly.]

To those of you, I've yet to meet salutations. My given name is Alan Humphries though like many I've taken on the duties of a god. Persephone to be more exact. I waited until I've gotten my temple in order to announce myself. If any of you have need of herbs and plants; as well as assistance with finding or caring for them feel free to contact me.

Everyone I've met since arriving has been very pleasant.

Sometimes people can't hide the truth it just spills out.
I have. He's been a very good helper thus far.
We make a wonderful team.

I remember my home but many of the people I cared for from there are here so I'm content.

I don't know that I would go as far as to say we love each other.
We're fond of each other more like. He's rather like a son of sorts.
It is wonderful to have such a loyal and caring relationship however.

i recently found out that me and my god are from the same place too

of course it might be different but i think it is fairly natural to say that you love the one you serve
and to love a faithful servant
regardless of which kind of form that love might take
if you view him kind of like a son would that not be a sort of love too

The others that I know came as gods.
I was extremely fortunate.

Where I'm from one didn't often see that kind of thing.
Not that I was often around people with servants.
Though that is a very good point - a phenomenal one actually.
Thank you for pointing that out to me.
I suppose I do love Castiel in a fashion after all.

it mustve been so hard for my god not to say anything

i cant say for certain what it is about my past that makes me think so
but it has always seemed so very natural to me that my god loves me and i him
and that serving someone worthy in itself is an act of love
being a shinki has always suited me i guess

I hope I never learn how that feels.

Perhaps that's simply your personality type.
Maybe you wish to be that to someone so it feels right.
Like I'm certain if I forgot everything I would still be drawn to flowers as if instinct and some deeper part of myself remembers.
As long as you and he are both happy, I beliebe that's all that matters.

i am rather assuming thats WHY i was made into a shinki too
even with my memories gone there are some things you can just feel are right
and the things you love are of course the most important to you
so if you love flowers no one can take that away no matter what

I have people to lean on if I need.
I would hope so, too.
Even if I wasn't very good about it before.

You seem like a very good shinki.
Caring so much for you god shows this.
Somethings the mind forgets. But the soul knows.
Anything etched there won't be easily lost.
Hazy perhaps but not truly gone.
I know that as a fact.

you shouldnt be afraid to ask for help
and one way of viewing this place is as a second chance of sorts right
so you could practice being better at talking about how you feel

after all he is my god so i exist for his sake
that is really beautiful though
knowing people are truly themselves even when they have to leave most of their lives behind is a nice thought

It's not that I'm afraid to ask for help.
I know the others will be there for me I likely won't even need to ask.
It's the best way for me to look at it.

Well, I can't say I agree but if that's what you wish to dedicate your life to I can't pass judgement.
Anything you've done and loved, even people are etched deep down in your soul.
They can't be lost or changed.
