I'd like to take this time to invite any interested parties to my Temple in two day's time for a group training session.  Our primary objectives will be to work on stealth, speed, and camouflage, along with surveying one's surroundings in potentially high-tension situations.

The session is open to all shinki and gods, regardless of age or experience.  I'll do my best to provide some refreshments on the side.  If you have any further questions, you're welcome to get in touch with either myself or my shinki, Trunks--really, it was more his idea than mine.

[The original goal had been to create a means of training that would best benefit the younger gods and shinki, so being reasonable was top priority. Thus, the flexibility.]

Is there anything in particular you were hoping to focus on with your training? We have a main activity set, but are still open to other ideas.

My god seems to have a propensity toward speed. He refers to it as his 'quirk'. If anyone needs assistance in that field, I'm certain we can be of some help. As for what he needs, perhaps it would be best for him to decide.

As for my own personal training, I'd like to see how I fare against everyone else first just to assess my own abilities. While the training session offered by Bishamon upon my arrival was adequate, nothing beats facing off against a living opponent to truly see what you can be capable of.

That's a fair statement to make. Although if speed really is his main goal, then I'm sure it won't be hard to find others with similar strengths here.

Are you talking about hand to hand combat, or weaponry?

Perhaps both. As much as possible, I wouldn't want to limit myself with one or the other. Given or situation, it would be best if we were ready to initiate combat no matter the circumstances.
