whoa!! you guys!
remember that shopping center heaven had us investigate last week? it CAUGHT FIRE three days after we checked it out!!! ━(◯Δ◯∥)━ン
and the papers say it could've been arson??
does anyone have any idea what could've happened there? did we miss something???
i only found a good luck charm taped inside one of the air ducts.....



oh and also hi to everyone i haven't met yet! my name's prompto. i've only been here a little while AS FAR AS I CAN REMEMBER so if you know me and i don't know you i'm really sorry if things seem weird and awkward

i heard these things happen sometimes?
but if we were friends we can totally be friends again if you give me a chance to kind of catch up!

wasn't the whole point of us going there to evit that sort of thing from happening?

We were probably already too late to actually stop something from happening.

For one thing, a lot of the problems were in the pipes and wiring, things like that. It would take us more than one day to fix any of it.

For another, whoever is behind it would have wanted to get rid of evidence.

All the signs point to that.

and nobody has a clue who it is? or why they'd target a random shopping center???

Presumably Heaven would know since it got their attention, but they never tell us anything as it is.

then how do they expect us to get anything done??
it sounds like this kind of thing happened before so if we could track this person or people down, we could stop them from doing it again!

They don't.

They just want to use us for menial labor.

WHY
if we can't stop anything then what's the point of calling us in?

If it's an enemy that can be fought, then they're fine with that.

It's incorporating us into anything deeper that they prefer to have power over, and thus us as well.

Probably.

It's either that or classic classism. I think it's fairly obvious that they view newcomers as lesser to them.

even ive noticed that by now
y'know probably it's a mixture of both

Probably.

Those in positions of power already view those beneath them as expendable. With a population prone to disappearing, that view is probably only reinforced.

it still seems like a waste of our time AND theirs to send us in, if they don't intend to give us the info we need to take care of the problem
especially if they've known about this for a while
did we even uncover anything new this time around?

Individually.

However, our efforts aren't exactly organized.
