If you're a shinki, how do you know if you knew how to do something before you died? We all have skills and talents, I mean, mostly. I haven't found a whole lot of mine so far.

I feel like there's got to be something, though! So.

How did you remember?

Do I just have to try doing everything once?

I've tried, yeah. It's hard to do when you can't actually defeat them on your own...

No. But you can wound them. Just not permanently destroy them.

Somebody told me there's a spell for making a "cutting borderline"?

Yeah, it's basically using the edge of your borderline like the edge of a blade. Flash it out and back.

So you cast it at whatever you want to cast, instead of between you and whatever you want to keep away?

Basically, yeah. Like you're trying to cut them with the borderline.
