Good morning everyone. I just had a small question.

I'm finding myself with some free time and I was wondering if it's common for us to pick up a job? I realize in spite of our status, some things still require money, they same as they would for the living.

If you have a job and wouldn't mind sharing, I'd like to hear about what you do and how you feel about it. How did you find it? Or perhaps you were thinking about doing the same and just hadn't decided yet.

It's also not a problem is it? If a shinki something like that? So long as it doesn't interfere with their duties to their master. I certainly have no intention of inconveniencing them in any way.

Admittedly I was mostly looking for something more to do. Are you a student there? What sort of things can one learn there?

Sparring? I have a bit of skill with a sword if that's what you mean. [Sure there's hand to hand and other weapons too but clearly those are completely inferior.]

yes swords [Some other sword shinki might be okay with alternative weapons, but Yamato is a purist at heart. And, y'know. Pretty loud about it.] the first class is on the 5th at the school

[He'd be right, but only part of that is because of his relationship with Horikawa. The much more practical reason is that Yamato still isn't very fond of the internet, so he alternates between writing as little as possible, and using as many exclamation points as possible.

ok if you want to we spar on saturday outside so we dont break things [Well, things that aren't trees or whatever. But that's not his problem!] I"ll be there all day so you can come when you're free

Got it! You can definitely count on me to be there. It sounds like it'll be a good change of pace too. [Seriously if he's feeling restless a little competition like this is perfect for expelling pent up energy.]
