Greetings to everypony. My name is Princess Celestia, and here I have assumed the role of the god Inti.

This is not too far away from my role in Equestria, and yet this world's sun seems to require no intervention -- magical, divine, or otherwise -- to keep it moving neatly through the sky. I am also told that the moon keeps its own schedule irrespective of the night. All things considered, I have to conclude that things work very differently here.

Nonetheless, I am particularly interested in meeting other gods whose domain includes the sun. I would like to invite you all to my temple, so we can greet each other and learn more about our gods and our purposes of here. (Of course, anypony else is welcome to come as well. I have so much to learn here!)

Lastly, please allow me to conclude with a compliment to these amazing communication devices -- but perhaps we could find a way to make them more accessible? I am fortunate to have my magic, but if an earth pony or pegasus were to come here, they might have a terrible time with working these things.

We should certainly not duplicate that, no. But I must admit I find it strange that we are made deities, and yet have so little to do. Far less than a normal pony in Equestria would.

there's probably something weird going on. there's been a lot of chaos lately, i guess.
either way, i'm not complaining. everybody has their own sun legend: it's not like all of us could do the exact same thing to the exact same part of the sky!
besides, prayers keep us gods busy, anyway.

I have a lot to learn about these prayers. People ask favors of us, and we grant them -- is it truly as simple as that?

more or less. they have to make an offering first.
it usually involves killing ayakashi, but sometimes stupid little human things, too.
cleaning things, entertaining a baby, whatever

Why is that stupid? If we have the capacity to aid them, in a positive and beneficial way, should we deny it when they have asked, and even offered us something?

What is trivial to you might mean the world to somepony else, though. But I understand what you mean. Sometimes it takes a great deal of wisdom to know when to answer such a request, and when to let it be.

How did you make these devices do that symbol? I have figured out most of them, but...

Forgive me, it is easier to forget that I am in a world dominated by humans when I am here alone in my temple.

[When one can lift and manipulate objects with magic, one can use the proper camera instead of the much lamer selfie camera (which, in fact, Celestia does not realize is a thing). So she cheerfully obliges him with a picture of herself.]
