What kind of hobbies do you have?

[It's been a while since the last time that she asked something on the network. She's fairly confident in being a shinki and protecting Souji, but she's less sure about what she's supposed to do when they aren't doing something.

Hakkai suggested hobbies back then and she really... doesn't have any to speak of, besides looking after Souji and Nanako.]

Maybe he has opinions on the other things. He probably wouldn't watch something just because his god does.

I think it probably is, but it isn't strange to me either.

The hero ones. There's a lot of different kinds, and some of them are awful, but my god likes them anyways.

[ No, he'd definitely watch something just because his god does. That's how they got started watching a shoujo heroine anime - because he saw Barry watching it and figured Izuku'd like it even if he was only passingly interested. ]

My god doesn't take on prayers all the time. So I'm trying to find a hobby. I heard that's what people do.

If they're awful, why watch them?

[And Shouto was 100% right about Izuku's taste in entertainment.]

Mine doesn't either. [ Because Shouto won't let him. ] What's been suggested so far?

He's the type to see the merit in everything. I don't mind watching them if he's happy.

[ He'd question it but he enjoys watching them with him, so, it's fine. Izuku's taste is his now. ]

Eating. Hunting. Gardening. Reading. Sparring. Flying. Girly stuff. Candy. Ice-cream. Learning about new things. Archery. Board games. Cooking. Hunting ayakashi. Faking jobs. Video games. Embroider. Sleeping. Fishing. History.

I don't know if all of those count.

[She also wouldn't mind watching whatever Souji put on, as long as it made him happy.]

You care about him.

[She can appreciate that.]

I wouldn't think so. Sleeping and eating are things we do naturally.

[ How can either of those things be hobbies? Though, naps are pretty great. ]

I do. He's very important to me.

[Losing time she doesn't have to sounds awful.]

I've heard that if it's enjoyable it counts as a hobby. I'm not sure.

Good. Do you think spending time with him counts as a hobby?

[ If he's tired, he'll sleep. If he's hungry, he'll eat. It's pointless to make either a hobby. ]

I guess people who have hobbies would know better. Personally I wouldn't call either of those things hobbies.

Maybe? I like to spend time with him, no matter what it is we're doing, so it could.

I wouldn't either. But that's what they said.

If you like it and it's not necessary, it should count.

There don't seem to be any rules to hobbies.

That's for them, then. I'll take spending time with my god as a hobby.

It doesn't seem like it. That must be a good thing? [ ??? ] For people like us who don't really have any, anyways.

[If she hears sleeping and eating, being with people she cares about is just as reasonable.]

I think it's good. But I don't know what to do with myself when he's not here.

It probably does.

[ There's a thoughtful delay there, as he mulls over it. ]

I tend to read when mine's gone, or go running, but it's more for something to do until he gets back. So I get it.

It's not. Midoriya would want me to have fun, though, so I guess a hobby is a good idea.

I was told cooking and baking is both helpful and rewarding.

I may try that.

I can't do either of those, so I'd have to learn.

What would you make?

It's the same for me.

My god and his little sister's favorite foods.

[icyhot]

That actually doesn't sound like a bad idea.

I think the school has a free kitchen.

It's worth trying, especially if it'll make him happy.

I think so too.

At least my god likes most food.
