I know some of us have been finding books lately. While most range from vaguely intriguing to useless, I also know I haven't been the only one to come across a spell book. In fact, twice I've held the instructions to a silencing spell in my hands. As has been previously reported...

[Neji sighs. _{ty Yuri sama for having also had a silencing spell book, or else he'd have been shit outta luck}]

The books are taken away at night. If you happen to find one of interest and if you have the presence of mind to take notes of its details, however, those will remain with you. I can't say for how long. My offer is this: I've written and double-checked what I can of the silencing spell to ensure its accuracy. If there is anyone who has found instructions of other spells, I'll trade a copy of what I have for a reliable copy of those.

[--nah.] Or if there is simply another shinki interested in the silence spell, ask me for it. Should anyone else offer the same... feel free to post below.

When are you available? If this bulletin generates more interest we can wait to meet with others with the same idea. Or we can simply compare notes as we go.

I can make myself available at almost any time, but if there are others with notes on the same spell, it would be more efficient for all of us to meet at once.

My own notes were sparse, as I wasn't aware that I wouldn't have the book in my possession for more than a day, but I've since fleshed them out from memory.

I don't know if they do. I haven't learned the spell myself yet and I haven't asked anyone who does know it. However I do know that the borderline works on gods and that's a simple spell.

I think it's nearly impossible to find anything you're looking for in that library. I didn't find the spell book there. They were in our forest.

It's challenging, I can't deny that. I did find a few books recently myself, but they were all light fiction. Nothing particularly useful.

I can write down fragments of a song to fight fire with if you would consider that a fair exchange.
Music is unfortunately not my forte, so I cannot be sure of how the spell is meant to be executed.

That's definitely fair. After all we can always ask someone more musically inclined to help with the proper interpretation of the song spell.

Then let us hope that we can find such an individual quickly.
I for one am tired of the constant disasters being inflicted upon the Far Shore as of late.
A spell to quickly douse the flames is very much needed right now.

It is a spell shinki perform which renders their target unable to speak.
