Many Questions To Be Had

Where:Other temples, his own after dark.

[Although it would be best if he saw to some of his prayers, instead Xehanort has picked up his notebook, a bit of tape and phone, shifted to the jackal-headed form most associate with the god Anubis, and gone looking for other temples nearby. He could have stayed in human form, but if he's intending to speak to gods and shinki both, isn't it best to be easily identified?
Once a temple is found, however, it's just a matter of looking for a door to knock on or a proper place to call out a greeting .. or even approach someone who happens to be standing outside.
He's really not that picky. God, shinki, it's all the same.]

[So someone wasn't home when Xehanort ventured to visit their temple. That's alright, there are a million things to do in a day. But at any temple that seemed occupied but nobody home, he's left a note.]
Greetings. I am Anubis; I visited your temple today but nobody was home.
I'd like to ask some questions about your experiences here (God or Shinki!), but since it seems I've missed you, perhaps you'd like to visit me instead, or leave me a message? I should be back at my own temple after sunset, but I can also be reached at [number] easily.

[Visiting Anubis' temple, on the other hand, is visiting a desert. It's dry, even with the bits of oasis-like pools here and there, but it's not completely uninviting.. if it's after sunset he'll be there.]

If he remembered what Avenue Q was, then he could quote a certain song. Because everyone knows what the internet is really for. Memes come as a close second. Gosh, is there Heavens version of Twitter?]
A state. In a place called the United States of America. They have deep fried butter there. Actually, if it's food, they try and fry it. I am a fan of those people now.
[Maybe his new Wiki friend needs to learn about the swype function on his phone... Again, something for another time.]

But Xehanort manages to drag himself away from his new best friend after a herculean bit of effort, glancing at Nari again and with much, MUCH reluctance tucking the phone away. No, if he keeps at it that's all he's going to do.
The itch to get it back out and look up something else immediately bubbles up. He's not that good at resisting temptation, let's see how long he can hold out.]
That sounds incredibly unhealthy. .. But probably also tasty given the other fried things I've had. Have you ever been there, or tried any of it?

No on both. Or at least I think no on both. The stuff at the barbecue smells awful, so I'll stick to making my own. That totally reminds me I need to ask what in fuck Simon likes to eat. Else I'm making waffles all day every day.
[Now he wants to see if he can make deep fried ramen just for the hell of it. Let's fry everything.] I can tell you if I figure out how to deep fry candy bars, I will totes bring you some.

Waffles can come in a lot of different options, at least, depending on what you put on them. I don't think anyone objects to eggs either.
[Wait why is he suggesting breakfast foods. The idea is better than the idea of a deep fried candy bar, which sets his long ears back briefly in barely hidden disgust. How did everyone like sweet things? Was he the only person out there who didn't??]
... I might have to give it a try myself. Maybe something with bacon, I hear that's a classic in many countries..
[And it's meat. Not sweet at all!]

I don't share eggs. He can make his own.
[Breakfast foods are the best foods. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. People who don't like breakfast food... well, that's their own preference.]
Baked bacon is better. Keeps more of the flavor intact. Makes a damn good BLT... okay, now I want a BLT.[Without the tomato.] I should go make one. Or five.

Actually if I keep discussing breakfast foods I'm going to get very hungry, so pardon me if I ask a bit of a subject change.
[Now, he did not skip his own meals but somehow just talking about it made it seem like he hadn't bothered in DAYS.]

If you wanna bail and get home to surf the web, then go for it. [He shrugs.] Go get some breakfast, peruse the wonders of Wiki, maybe Yahoo answers for a few laughs... The world is at your fingertips! So go forth and absorb all knowledge that you can!
[Gonna go make breakfast once this interesting guest is gone.]

[Like the things new gods and shinki need to know when they arrive. But with food also an impetus alongside freely and easily gained knowledge, surely a little break from visiting other temples wasn't unwarranted.]
But my quest can wait for an hour or two perhaps, while breakfast and a bit of information is found. Thank you for your time, sir. It's been .. enlightening.
