Are gods expected to work with their pantheons? I don't mind if so, but I haven't the faintest idea whom else might be beholden to the Egyptians.
On that note, if anyone has any great need of the services of one of the many gods of the afterlife that seem to be in the mythology of this world, I'm willing to assist in any way I can. Please feel free to contact me on this odd little device or at my temple.

Are we drawing a line between generalized mental illness or going right for story villains?
I have heard pencil thin mustaches and small goatees can be a sign of malevolent intentions.

I dunno, mental illness and general story villainous things seem to be pretty divided. I don't think there are very many story villains with mental illnesses.
Really?
[ ....hm. Sounds familiar. He should hit the books on that. ]

Wouldn't evil itself be an illness? Say for example you have Lord Babyeater, who gained his name through the dedicated pursuit of doing just that. That sort of person can't be very stable or normal by most standards, could he?

No idea. It definitely sounds evil but equaling evil with an illness might be rude to those that really are ill.

Evil wears that guise also. Discerning the ones who are intending evil from those who are innocent is also an important part of such questions, isn't it? Evil is evil no matter what gives birth to it! And if they are using such a thing as a shield, then I would think they're even more likely to be our hidden troublemakers.

If I remembered anything I might be able to relate but as it is I'll just have to guess that "I'll see which it is as time passes" or something.
Basically, some people that are evil might be ill and some people that are ill might be evil, but it doesn't mean everyone of either are the other.

Yes? Let's start from the beginning again as I believe you may have lost track of the chain of thought in favor of advocating for the sick. We're looking for people who are mad with power. Madness is a mental illness. Insanity is exactly that also. The point of inventing questions is to detect the ones whom have gone mad with power, and I wished to know if we are also pursuing those who are storybook villainous in secret.
It's good to overthink it but not in the wrong directions.

At least not for me. I wonder if any of this stuff on hidden power-mad people should go in the guidebook I'm thinking of writing.

Maybe! It might cause worry though so maybe in the second edition? XD
