When: June 8
From: Anubis

Are gods expected to work with their pantheons? I don't mind if so, but I haven't the faintest idea whom else might be beholden to the Egyptians.
On that note, if anyone has any great need of the services of one of the many gods of the afterlife that seem to be in the mythology of this world, I'm willing to assist in any way I can. Please feel free to contact me on this odd little device or at my temple.

[Seriously who does that. Not even his FRIENDS tack a -kun onto his name, how could anyone else do that to THEIR friends? It was just so ... ... informal!]
As for whether shinki or gods need it more, I can't say yet. But any such thing of course would be open to both. Those of us without much memory to draw on to begin with might need a bit more groundwork though.

Something that could be used for both would be best, but it'll also take longer to get off the ground. I'd prioritise the shinki side of it over the god one, at least. Especially considering shinki have to trust that their gods will actually be open with the information they need.

I will ask my shinki, I think, exactly what she wanted to know most when she arrived. Things she found especially difficult. I can make some pretty good guesses as I myself have little memory to draw on, but direct advice should be helpful. We too must trust them, so perhaps it will be a learning experience for both of us.

However, more sources are always good as well. When I do have the time and inclination, are there any particular shinki you might be able to recommend who might be able to provide an idea of what someone might need upon arriving?

There are a few shinki who've been here since before we started arriving who could probably tell you what's best to pass on to the newcomers. Yukine and Kazuma are the ones people usually talk about.

Do you know how I can reach either one? Or where they might regularly be found, if in person would be better?

Those phones the Heavens give us should have everyone listed in them, so you could just use that. I doubt they care whether it's in person or not.

Interesting. I'd been told one has to manually enter a number to speak to someone but if it's all here somewhere then I'll have to do some poking around.

There should be a contact list in there somewhere. Even with normal phones, if you know someone, then you save their number anyway so you don't have to enter it manually every time.

[RIGHT NOW, in fact, time to see if this thing has a contact list that can be put to use!]
