Are gods expected to work with their pantheons? I don't mind if so, but I haven't the faintest idea whom else might be beholden to the Egyptians.

On that note, if anyone has any great need of the services of one of the many gods of the afterlife that seem to be in the mythology of this world, I'm willing to assist in any way I can. Please feel free to contact me on this odd little device or at my temple.

Exceedingly complicated.

I presume it doesn't actually change any of their relationships in a tangible way. That would add alarming to complicated.

Not that I've noticed, at least. And I'm sure my friend would raise hell if it did.

That's good. Troublesome enough that we're handed jobs we may or may not be suited for, worse if it actually altered interpersonal relationships.

Imagine waking up one day and your best friend is now literally your child.
